Oh Honey!!! Right first things first - 2lb is a great loss - you arent going to have 4/5lb losses every week you know this already, weight loss tends to slow down and even out, and Donna you are not doing the right thing by eating less and having less syns - you know this isn't the way SW works - 2lb is the right amount to lose, you are still on track to lose your 21lbs, which is 2lb a week on average. Slowly slowly catchy Monkey.
Believe me I know how you feel, I remember one time I was at an SW class and I had had a perfect week and I had eaten smaller portions and less syns because I was sick of everyone else having huge losses, especially people who were smaller than me, that really burned me when 11 stoners would lose 4lb in a week without really trying and I would be stuck at 1 - 2lb. Anyway I had been so so good and was expecting to pull a 4 - 5lber out of the bag - anything that would make her ring the 3lb bell! I lost 2lb. I was so upset that I cried when it was my turn to talk! I was so embarassed afterwards! I gave up shortly after that. That was about 3 years ago and I have joined and re-joined two or three times since!
You are doing the right thing hun by getting back on the horse, please stick to the SW programme, have your syns and dont worry about the portions so much - you will feel much happier when, next week you lose say 2lb again, you will feel happy because you havent spent the week holding back on eating and over-thinking it.

Thank you Charley - I needed that pep talk. I am going to plan better this week, I know 2lb is a good loss but I just really thought I would get my 1stone shiny!!
Right so changes this week:
Breakfast- I am going to have my
HEB so this week will be the 30g shreddies - I know I am in the minority but I dont do cereal however I like eating shreddies dry like crisps
Bigger portions!
Exercise:
every night Meg and I are going to do 20 minutes Just Dance on the Wii plus our situps (I can do 40 now!!!) this week I invested in some handweights so I shall be using these to try and get rid of my huge boobs (that I hate with a passion!)
I really need to move more...so if anyone wants to share ideas on how they fit body magic in please let me know
