Now why didn't I think of that when i was on SW - mind you I never used to eat syns - just too much free food lol!when I do slimming world I always write syns on packs before I put them away so I dont have to spend ages looking them up when I want to eat anything - stops me from eating first and look it up second

I have been busy...organising our goodies...sorted one lot for the kids only (party ring mini size biscuits although even they are about 120 cals a bag i think)...and here's our goodie box...<img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=86606"/><img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=86607"/>...everything has been labelled with its calorie value ... hoping that it makes Paul think before he tucks 2-3 in his pj pcoket on his way up to bed!!!
you could do it now with calories but put the amount on anything that is not a needed food - do it in indelible marker so he cant take the stuff to work and peel off your labels you wont be able to do it either of course

I went on a mammoth walk today - hadn't planned on it but I collected Noah from school and bless him he has growing pains in his legs so I am having to push him everywhere in his buggy if its more than a 5-10 min walk - so off we went to meet Megan in the park near her school and I completely lost my marbles and walked in the wrong direction - I was saying to Noah "where has the park gone?" and he was saying "it's gone mummy" then the penny dropped I was nowhere near the park and had to walk all the way to our little shoping centre and back on myself as the roads run parallel with my side streets - worked up a right sweat! Thankfully I remembered the way home lol! Two hours I was walkign for!

good luck with your calorie plans but dont go too low at your current weight as it will leave you no where to cut back later - how about eating back half you exercise calories when when nearer to target you can cut those back again
if you are only going to do it for a week to shock the body that will be fine - but remember it gets harder the nearer to target you get
do some things that you enjoy doing today - to set yourself mentally for tomorrow and do get plenty of rest during the day in case you dont sleep well
