It was the first time that we had had River Cobbler CG.
The fillets were skinless, white, thick and they cooked really well, but unfortunately there was not a lot of taste in them.
So I think I will only buy them for a fish pie or a fish curry in future, they would be ideal for that because they would be chunky pieces and they wouldn't break up - but it definately needs something to give it some 'taste'......
