I have been doing mostly green days for a week or two now, I like to keep mixing up my plans, I have also started to make a more consious effort to eat more speed foods too. x

Kit Kat Chunkies used to be my weakness pre SW......considering your 100% days I'm sure this won't have any effects.
Can I ask what Quorn products you'd recommend. I liked the Quorn style chicken pieces which I had in a curry but really disliked Quorn mince....actually that much that threw it away ( had made spag bol )

As it's my birthday, I am having a day off planning........

I did have a SW cooked breakfast/brunch, and I shall have fruit this afternoon, this evening we are having a take out of some kind (not decided what yet) and I will probably have a couple of glasses of wine with it, and a SW dessert instead of birthday cake.

So I shan't be going too mad today.

So back to planning again tomorrow.............
