It's not that he can't be bothered, it's that he'll have just driven back from France, but it still doesn't stop me feeling upset-I knew he was a coach driver when I met him, but it still doesn't mean I don't find it tough when he goes away
My 'friends' alway let me down-I've got 2 that try and spend some time with me every year and they're the kind that you could ring at silly o'clock in the morning type friends! But the rest.....they don't even have the decency to let me know they're not coming!!!

Quality not quantity wt! I can count my best friends on 1 hand and have a finger spare. I know it's hurtful but don't waste your time worrying about people who are inconsiderate of your feelings.

Theyre not true friends then - having said that my very best friend let me down for my 50th we all went away for the weekend she knew for a whole year that it was my 50th and then said she couldnt afford it. All the food and lodgings were provided all she needed was drink money. Still ..... thats friends eh

Dyjhiw a so called "friend" only bothers to get in touch on facebook once in a blue moon and this time was to insult my Christmas tree by saying "crikey mine looks a mess too but I don't know who's is worse!" Had she bothered to keep up with me she would have seen my post last week about how I love my tree this year despite it being a little mismatched as its got my nans decorations on it as well as my own. I know its silly but its really upset me

DYJHIW, you don't feel like breakfast (unheard off) & don't feel ill, but I'm slightly concerned it's the start of the dreaded S&D which OH had a few wks ago & so did DD.

We'd been joking about him staying over at one of his colleagues houses as i said i don't like him coming home drunk as he leaves the cooker on and stuff, so i'd end up having to get up when he got in, then i'd be awake all night listening to him snore! lol. I've text him asking where he is and told him I can pick him up this morning before I start work at lunch time. I didn't actually think he'd stay out all night though
