Yup, same here, bins were supposed to have been collected Monday morning.

DYJHIW it feels really aggressive on the boards at the moment.

There's been quite a few questions that I go to answer and then just hold back because I know I'm gonna get my head bitten off when the asker doesn't like the answer.

Maybe I'm just being a bit over sensitive but it just feels really snappy about at the moment!

When you're seriously panicking that dr at family planning clinic will laugh at you at appointment tomorrow I've been suffering with anxiety, depression & headaches since I had implant changed... I'm hoping that its the implants fault?! If not then a trip to GP is in order I guess

I was able to come of anti depressants shortly after having the implant removed so I'm convinced there was a link in my case although not everyone has side effects of course. You're doing the right thing if you're worried - hope it goes well xxx

I don't know how it works but my two implants were very different experiences - it's not uncommon either I was told at the time. I guess it must be your body reacting differently to the new level of hormones? It's good that you're getting it looked into now though, I waited ages which was a big mistake! xxx

Well I only had this one done in oct so I'm guessing they'll not offer to take it out guess ill have to wait and see... It is really strange how they act differently, my dr was quite surprised I wanted another coz she said most of her patients don't! I should have listened lol x

I've had 3 implants, all 3 have been different and they did warn me when I had each fitted that it can differ every time.

I have depression but had mine since long before the implants! But any medicine (and especially hormone based medicines) can affect the mood.

I've never had problems with anxiety or depression before really (had down days & feeling frazzled but nothing like this) but apparently it's really obvious there's something happening with me coz friends & family have commented (I've noticed too) I just hope they can do offer some help coz even my husband has commented it's like living with the Incredible Hulk at the minute

You can always request to have it out. It's your body and you can ask for it out at any time for any reason. You may have to wait a few weeks for a slot to be available for removal, but it's always an option.

Thankyou that's good to know, I thought they would just say no till I'd have to gave it time... My feeling is that I want it out though x

I know how you feel Hun, I've had people piping up at me too & it winds me up. Yet no one seems to notice the ones who only ever seem to post negative things (like correcting people, telling them they're wrong or just generally being annoying lol).
