Just a really good day, on plan, managed to sort some things that were stressing me, got the rest of my week pretty planned (and busy) and then I got checked out!! On a day when mother nature is visiting and I was generally looking and feeling a bit bedraggled it was just an awesome boost, can't remember the last time it happened so i'm feeling rather smug

DYJLIW......you get halfway through the day, are peckish and realise you haven't had your HEXB and don't need it for your evening meal either! You then delve to the back of the fridge and find some gorgeous strawberry jam and have a yummy snack of hot wholemeal toast with 2 tsp. strawberry jam on and a steaming hot cuppa! Bliss!!
