I've just watched an American programme about weight gain & loss, & a maintainer said she sets herself small goals which are 100% achievable, what a simple, effective way of thinking.

Like drinking 8 glasses of water in a day, doing x steps per day, each day was a different goal. I thought it interesting because it was such a simple idea & losing weight is so much easier when you don't feel like a failure, or like you've failed.

Dyjliw you come back to your Sunday dinner cooking but Dyjhiw you come back to about 5 loads of dry laundry to sort, a wet load to hang and the wash basket you had emptied has also filled while you were out!
Yep I like it, I wanted to share but wasn't too sure where it would fit.
