Pea on legs!
Thanks Girlies! x
Gail - I may well swap to Sunday, partly because it gives me time to get over my Friday nights and partly to keep me on track on a Saturday. We do both seem to be night owls don't we!
Kellie - thank you for your lovely comments. I don't feel inspiring, but I do feel proud of myself! Keep up the good work hun x
Sweet - you're doing so well yourself, I'm sure you will know how it feels to reach target sooner rather than later!
Well, I had a STS on Saturday, probably due to the Friday blow out and maybe last weekend catching up with me. Still, it wasn't a gain!
It does mean however, that I need to lose 2lb this week and 2lb next week if I'm to get to my target of 4st lost by April 16th. So, I think I might try to cut the carbs right down this week and up the exercise.
I really need to get my running back on track now that the lighter nights are here. I've been doing my zumba dvd and using my vibration toner, so at least I've been doing something, but now it's lighter in the evenings there's no reason why I can't go out for a run and my son can cycle along beside me... watch this space for a C25K progress update!
Had a pretty good Saturday, but went well over syns today, courtesy of a son who bought me chocolates for Mothers Day and a mother who made my favourite cake. Of course, they didn't force me to indulge, but indulge I did...!
Saturday: EE
Brekkie: Allbran (HEB), mullerlight, mixed fruit
Lunch: Chicken breast, banana, alpen light (3 syns) (odd mix - was in a rush and grabbed something to take to the football!)
Dinner: Mushy pea curry with extra veg, oven chips (5 syns)
Total syns for day: 8
Sunday: EE
Brekkie: Allbran (HEB), mullerlight, mixed fruit
Lunch: Thai starters (8 syns), chicken breast, baked potato, salad, 1 tbsp low-fat coleslaw (2 syns?), small slice cake (8 syns), 2.5 black magic chocs (6 syns)

Total syns for day: 24
