Well done all who have lost some weight. and don't worry the ones that you gained. I hope you enjoyed Christmas and New Year celebration and now we all can concentrate on losing the weight.
Today is my last day of holidays and will be returning home tomorrow late evening. I hope to weigh myself by Thursday and update my statistics. All in all I have been good with a couple glitches (lovely cakes for the celebrations).

Hi all

I was wondering if I could join too? I'm not actually starting (or rather re-starting) my diet till next monday as I want to make sure all the temptations are out of the house otherwise I know I'm setting myself up to fail! I've also never done SW before so need to make sure I get my head round it (going it alone as there isn't a suitably timed group near me :( ) Would love to set my target at 24lbs (although more would be good!)
