Thanks. Unfortunately my original weight doesn't count in group as I started the journey offline. I did however get my 6 stone award in group last night. I'll add a bit more about it in my personal thread shortly. My body is aching!

6 stone is still no mean feat and you fully deserve it. You have put the work into changing your life around. Your an inspiration keep up your good work and you will be at target in no time.

I left it 2 weeks to weigh in again and unfortunately this morning I am still 16st 3lbs. This is my 6th week at the same weight and I’m really using all my tools and supports to try to stay motivated. I know the scales will eventually move down if I just keep going…
