Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

Yep! I agree with you. Or I was thinking of booking a table somewhere. Or seeing our God daughter and best friends. Then seeing my family boxing day for a change.
 
Today is a fast day. I should finish on exactly 500 cals according to mfp.

Breakfast- small donut peach. 30c

Lunch- pickled onions 29c
One small boiled egg- 60c

Tea- courgette,low fat cream cheese, mushrooms and two Linda McCartney sausages. 341 c

Jelly 9c
Hot chocolate 40c
 
My food today has actually been...
Breakfast- donut peach

Lunch- pickles and mug shot

4 chicken nuggets ( oops)

Tea- chicken with courgette,carrot and small amount of proper spaghetti mixed with 50% less fat cream cheese.

I do have a peanut butter kit kat in the cupboard though :///

I have jogged ( 15 mins) and walked a bit. I've looked after hubby's younger brothers so resisted ice clean, wine, takeout and sweets so I'm overall pleased lol. And I'm joining the gym tomorrow morning. So blaaaa!
 
Don't know. I'm not even going to put them in mfp. I'm feeling ok though about my size today. First ' thin day' for a while ...that could change by tomorrow though!
 
Oh no...! Darn cake tasting too good!!!

Well I am officially a member of the gym again! Woohoo had a lovely hours workout. Finished with an eyebrow wax and nails done.

Food today has been

Breakfast- two boiled eggs. Banana and peach

Lunch- It was whilst I was getting my nails done so had two recital with pate and pickle and a tiny bit of halloumi. Not great but I wasn't home and didn't plan!

Tea- I have tortilla pizza planned. However we fancy going out so who knows :/ there may be a glass of wine in here somewhere too


I have left my classes already booked for next week though so feeling positive!
 
Went out for tea last night and ordered a big rack of ribs and chips!!! And pudding..and wine.. then cider . Oops :/

Going to see if today I can do better. At the end of our weekly shoo though so need to be creative! I have chicken out the freezer but not sure if it will defrost in time. Any chicken ideas?

Breakfast- Linda McCartney sausages with mushroom omelette.

Lunch- tortilla pizza?

Tea- chicken something if defrosted?

No idea about tomorrow! Might see if we have any beef joints left in our chest freezer.

No plans today. Dog walk. Run possibly. Housework.
