Thursday is my proper fast day. Tuesday and Friday are low calorie days as I have stuff going on so don't want to fast if that makes sense. But hopefully it will still help by doing two low calorie days instead!?
I'm at the gym Friday to talk about gym mbership and work with a trainer on using equipment etc and to see how fit I am. I don't want to do that on a fast as I feel I will need food
I started getting bored :/ I never know where to run near my house either . Every route I take I end back near my street as it's lots of alleyways and cut through which all link in lol at my old house I ran a straight road and back which was just over 2k.
I don't always run along the beach. Sometimes I run through town I normally keep going in one direction until c25k tells me I'm half way and then I turn around and head back. No need to worry about the route if you do that
True..It just gets boring. I might give it another go this week. Does it tell you to do the 5 min warm up before every run? Or just until you get fitter?
Hi girlies. You're really motivating me for my return. Im going to try fast days and the c25k again. I liked alternating with that and the 30ds so im really going to follow your lead girls. Not sure how ill cope on fast days but your meals seem so interesting.
In the meantime the non drinker bubble has turned into a bit of an alki!

I had a great night sleep! Day off today so I'm going to the gym this morning then have my first dreaded cervical screening test this afternoon.
Today is a low calorie day to make up for lack of fasts so will upload food a bit later on when I've decided!
