It was just base layer of chicken and broccoli. Topped with a slimming world tomato sauce (.onion garlic passata paprika etc) layered with lasagne sheets. Topped with more chicken, broccoli and sauce and then cheese! Simple but will definitely do it again! Today's food is Breakfast- one roar sausage, banana, clementine Lunch- same as yesterday. chicken veg curry Tea- frittata with beans My food is very samey atm as I'm so busy! I'm so glad I prepped food on Monday though. I can't wait for a lazy morning on Saturday!! Bring it onnnn. One more 5.30 am alarm until Tuesday!
