Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

I'm not sure lol. I seem to have the symptoms but not been diagnosed. I had such a bad tummy this morning. And quite a few times I remember over the last couple of months. Hmmmm it's making me feel a bit miserable!

I would go and see your GP lovely, they will be able to advise xxx

Keep a record of what you're eating and when and see if there's a pattern. It may be certain foods that flare it up.
 
I'm trying to get the afternoon or morning off work so I can go to docs. But boss is on call so needs cover and they don't know many people! I have really bad tummy cramps :(

My popcorn isn't low syn yet lol I need to find a way to pop it without oil. But on it I use paprika or sweetener. Trying to stay away from sweetener atm though. I have used the butter fry lite but can't taste it too much
 
If you can get on a search engine search for starmaid popcorn maker from the cooks professional website. It's a red bowl type thing and it's around 15 pound. If that helps :)

If anybody likes malt loaf, these are around 100 calories (5 syns each) and they do a few flavours. Toffee apple, chocolate choc orange. I think there's more to them than cereal bars. Taste nice too!

I'm not sure if they are limited for the Halloween season! Get some. They are are nice treat. Although I've only tried the choc one so far!
