Well last night's subway turned into a ' table table' restaurant. Which then changed from a salad to two large wines, paprika chicken, chips, coleslaw and chocolate fudge cake! Ooooops
Today I'm planning a 45 minute gym session, and dog walk. I've woke with a tight throat but hopefully it gets better throughout the day.
Breakfast- ff natural yoghurt, blueberries, strawberries, banana and a satsuma
Lunch- quorn pork chop ( new product so excited to try!) With stir fry.
Tea- beef Cury is in the slow cooker with snap peas, chickpeas and spinach.
Snacks -
I'd love to follow In jennies footsteps and calorie count but I find I resort to more ready made meals as I find adding all separate ingredients with measurements to my meals into mfp takes forever! And I'm not one for measuring at all. Hmmmpf
