Happy Monday!

Breakfast- wm toast and peanut butter (2) soreen mini malt (5) apple banana

I'm still hungry! My belly is growling and I don't know why!

Lunch- leftover stir fry, satsuma, muller Greek you. Hoops and Crosses (4.5?)

Tea- we are taking ricks little brothers to subway. I'm thinking of having a syn free salad with 2 syns of sweet onion sauce.
 
Well last night's subway turned into a ' table table' restaurant. Which then changed from a salad to two large wines, paprika chicken, chips, coleslaw and chocolate fudge cake! Ooooops

Today I'm planning a 45 minute gym session, and dog walk. I've woke with a tight throat but hopefully it gets better throughout the day.

Breakfast- ff natural yoghurt, blueberries, strawberries, banana and a satsuma

Lunch- quorn pork chop ( new product so excited to try!) With stir fry.

Tea- beef Cury is in the slow cooker with snap peas, chickpeas and spinach.

Snacks -

I'd love to follow In jennies footsteps and calorie count but I find I resort to more ready made meals as I find adding all separate ingredients with measurements to my meals into mfp takes forever! And I'm not one for measuring at all. Hmmmpf
 
Haha I'm warming up my healthy stir fry and done 45 minutes on the rowing machine, I can't cave now even for the lurgy! I've just walked around sainsburys and dodged all of the chocolate offers!
 
Not a hangover. I only had two glasses. I need at least a bottle for a hangover! Lol

I'm okay. I don't feel poorly. Just a sore throat. Still got to walk my pooch and the weather is pants!
 
Hi hi hiiiii.


It's been such a long dayy! Work,gym, swim, haircut,work again. My legs are hurting so much but it doesn't feel sore pain, it's a really achy tired pain. Not a nice pain at all!! Ouch! Food has been a bit all over the place too.

Breakfast ff yoghurt with bluebs and strawbs. Banana, apple, orange. Slice of wm toast

Lunch- quorn stir fry. Mini soreen loaf (5)

Two malteaser reindeers oops. Don't know syns!

Fruit Smoothie.

Now I'm wondering whether to have a proper tea or just stop. Or popcorn or just snack on crap hmmmm
 
I think so! I've not done mega loads though. I'm aiming to run again tomorrow and beat my 3.3k so hopefully I will wake in less discomfort!
