Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

It counts as body magic.

It counts as frustration, broken nails, chocolate in nails, eating foil and giving up! Lol
I will catch up on diaries tomorrow. I've not been bad today although sharing a bottle of wine. I have walked, and ran today and food has been on plan. I met my friend this morning and spent a few hours with her. Hope you are all well

Good to see you are keeping your running up :) I think not being totally off plan is a great achievement at this time of year xxxx

Haha.

I think I had one too many bacardi and Pepsi max last night! Between me and hubby we shared a 200g bag of unsalted cashews! ...so no, not really 100% on plan! Shopping is due today though and I do plan to run today.

Breakfast- bacon sandwich and ketchup

Lunch- sweet potato and carrot soup

Tea- not sure but it will be on plan!

Big batch cook session this afternoon!

Side fringe pic as requested....It was f er om Saturday , ignore the grumpy face!

I can't stop eating!!!!!!! And I'm so hungry! I have made an aubergine and beef bake for tea. And a syn free frittata for breakfast tomorrow and Thursday .

Yep! All free. I don't see the point if eating ' naughty' soup! If that makes sense :/

So today I have done my morning shift at work, been to the gym but I only did 30 mins on the rower..took my dog for a 30 min walk. Now home for lunch ready to go back to work around 2. Food plans are...

Breakfast- ff yoghurt and banana 1syn of honey . Then pre gym I had syn free frittata with Linda McCartney sausages and veg. Satsuma

Lunch- last portion of sweet potato soup. Leftover beef and aubergine bake.

Tea- pork chop and veg.

Thanks. I feel whilst I have time I need to do it otherwise I won't feel good...and the amount in shoveling in my mouth at the moment I need to fit exercise in! Plus...The gym is empty this time of year...its great!

The soup was made in my soup maker. Two sweet potatoes, 3 carrots. Onion and garlic. Paprika, vegetable stock and a tiny bit of garam masala. That's it! I'm really fancying parsnip soup so might pop to lidls tomorrow to grab a cheap bag

I'm obsessed too! I have a juicer, blender, soup maker, slow cooker, garlic crusher, popcorn maker etc etc the list goes on!!

Personally I say yes 100% worth it. But everyone is different. I used to hate blending! Splashed everywhere, took ages to get out the actual blender, big chunks. What I like about the soup maker is you can put it on, walk away and it's done. I take my dog out for a walk and come back to perfect soup..but if you don't have an issue with blending then it's a lot to spend. I definitely have a lot more soup now though. And if it broke..I'd buy a new one straight away!
