Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

Definitely starting a fresh! So need it. Woke up to most of the ice melted so will try start running tomorrow before I start work (.boooooo )

Had a good new year with lovely friends, just woke from an afternoon nap. So tired! Woke with a face full of spots though :( think my juicer needs digging out and a trip to Aldi!

I had a gammon salad for lunch. And mum has made us a beef roast and will be delivering when we are hungry! Spoilt!

I think rick is also feeling the bloat so we have decided we are going to try get a weight session on once a week, to start with anyway. Countdown to our holiday starts today!
 
Yep! And we have a night away at the end of Feb for ricks birthday.
Just made a chilli for tomorrow's tea and to snack on. You can always rely on a good chilli!!
 
So my official start of 2015...here goes!

Weight- 9.1 1/3

Breakfast- banana ( was up real late!)

Lunch- syn free chilli with salad

Tea- cottage pie and veg

Hexa- milk
Hexb- oil

Snacks -

Exercise- not planning on any :/ not a great start!

Back to work :(((((( but we need those pennies!
 
I am yep! Although I don't know how accurate it is as I was nearly 9.4 two days ago. I know I'm mega dehydrated. I've got the shakes today!

Exercise- hour dog walk

Trying to drink lots of sf squash.
I have a friend over later so I may buy a bottle of wine! Feeling a bit better about food already. Feeling quite positive today actually!

Just about to sit down with my soup and watch this Katie Hopkins documentary!

You slimchic you! I can only dream of those numbers on the scales! Paprika chicken is making me drool... Yummy.

Anyway I'm back and in need of all your advice from Monday please? Thinking squashes are a good way to start the liquid intake as I have totally lost my interest in water!
