Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

Paprika chicken was yum. I have leftovers for lunch too!
We finished the wine last night, went to the shop and bought prosecco and chocolate. Who oops!

Back on it againnn today!

Lentil bolognase in the oven for lunches and possibly tea depending on how nice it is.

No breakfast as we got up real late!

I have broccoli soup for a mid afternoon snack and filling up on squash too, I can on drink water whilst working out. ..otherwise it's squash and green tea all the way!
 
Errrrr ask Maggi? Lol it was a Maggi so juicy packet! 4 and a half syns per pack and it served 3. But so nice!

I have just sat and planned breakfast, lunch and dinner for the next two weeks! Hopefully this will help. A few of the meals are spring onion burgers,cottage pie,sweet and sour, lasagne using leek as the pasta, chicken with roast red pepper sauce and roast chicken dinner. I'm hungry now!!

Sounds Delish! And so varied! Mixing it up and keeping excited about what I'm eating is half the battle I think! Looking forward to seeking the leek lasagna especially! Xxx
 
Already been at work an hour and had the worst night sleep! It's going to be a long day!

Lentil bolognase. My batch made about 8 portions but I didn't enjoy it as much as last time so hoping rick will eat it for pack ups!

Breakfast- sausage bap (2 syns and hexb)

Lunch- tomato pasta , 2 apples. Liberte yog (1 syn)

Tea - sausages and veg ( Brussels, corn, cauliflower, broccoli and carrots) 3 syns for sausages

I know...A lot of sausages!

Salted caramel tea and sf squash. I might pop out mid morning to grab a punnet of blueberries or something to up my super free.

Just got up to see eldest off to school my last day off not sure if i should go back to bed lo's still sleeping.

Get all the sleep you can!

Yes I'm nannying. My official job is wed- Fri but I also look after a baby Monday and Tuesday (not every tuesday) but I start at 6.30 and today working till 6. She hasn't seen me for around 2.5 weeks over Christmas so she's a bit grizzly which is hard today when I'm so grizzly myself!
Yep the salted caramel is free and I find it easier to drink than regular green tea. They do a caramelised apple flavour too!
 
Don't be grizzly Beck. :( It makes me sad if you guys are sad.
At least with a baby you can put her off to sleep a lot. Are you allowed to take her out? Go for a buggy walk, fresh air for you and normally calms babies down too. Your food plan today looks great.
Might look for teas sound lovely.

Well I say baby...she's 1 and a half. We have been out to the park. Popped to the shops and grabbed a punnet of bloobs and slimming world mag. So its a nice job really as I can more or less do what I like...within reason. I just hate early mornings.

I'm not feeling too grizzly now. Fresh air does do you good, you're right! I need to stay positive!

Absolutely stay positive. I'm not a morning person either. My first day back at work since Christmas eve. I got used to not been at work.

I was definitely grizzly this morning.
 
No your not! You think you are! Find something to keep you busy im about to do a dvd. If i get off of mins long enough!
