Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

I think it's because I'm eating low carb as much as I can ,so I get full from my food, but it only lasts a couple of hours, if that!

On my work days I find it hard as I need to eat at 6am, but by 10 I'm so hungry so I will have my lunch around 12 or have a banana and try wait but I'm having my lunch around 12.30 so I'm hungry by 3 . Any advice?
 
Hmmmm, I don't really get hungry anymore. I def think hunger is caused by sugar/insulin spikes. You def seem to be eating a good amount of protein - would you switch to the total greek yoghurt in the morning? It's full fat but one heaped tablespoon would fill you and would add more protein to your diet first thing.

Would you switch from bananas to kiwis or berries maybe too? Less sugar in them!

Apart from that, lots of water?! xx
 
I'm proper scared of full fat!
I think I do need to swap my banana, I think I only eat bananas as they are bigger and feel like they would fill me up more than berries.

I wish I didn't get hungry! When I have a spare couple of hours in the evening I browse IG which makes me hungry!!

Food looks good today. Glad I'm not the only one who gets hungry all the time.
I think I just eat too much of everything and my binge eating can be horrendous.
 
I'm the same jen. I swear I need to eat every 2-3 hours. We would save so much money on the food shop if it wasn't for my snacking!

I've done some coking today though.

And I have made syn free mince in tomato sauce for my pack ups wed- Fri

Boiled eggs for mid morning and I will try have porridge at 6am as it filled me up quite well today

What about boiled eggs for snacking becki?! Loads of protein and I just picked up 18 eggs for £1.50 in sainos!...that feels so wrong..but you can't complain about cheap easy protein! Xx

Thanks ging! I have a few eggs pre boiled for snacks.
I never know how long to keep them in the fridge for before eating/ throwing out?
 
Why not try a slim a soup or hot drink? For some reason I find a cup of coffee fills me up a little to see me through..Bananas are good for hunger as they're slow releasing...so should keep you going for a few hours! What do you have for breakfast? I find a big breakfast and drink lots of water gets me through my morning!

Thanks Natalie, a hot drink works occasionally but not all of the time.
I usually eat around 6am, I really struggle to eat this early though so can't stomach much. I usually have something with eggs, yoghurt and fruit or porridge. But by 9-10 I need to eat again. I drink lots of sf squash and just having my morning coffee ...I hate mornings!!!
 
Food plan for today is

Breakfast- two boiled eggs, 1/4 of tin of beans. Will have the beans with the eggs or maybe at 10am

Lunch- mince in a tomato sauce and butter beans . half a Avocado

Tea- eating at work and can't remember what I put downon the menu ,I have a feeling it might be the same as lunch!

Same! Tht is early, I would struggle I think. What about a meal replacement shake? Your body is probably ready for lunch by 10 lol
 
It is ready by 10..I'm starving!!! I had some beans at 10 but I'm so hungry! Lol

When the weather is a bit warmer I may start smoothies again for breakfast, but right now I just want warming meals!

It's hard in the winter... I love all my cereals warm anyway haha hopefully once weather picks up things will get easier
