Don't know why the headache. I'm trying to drink lots of sf juice.

I'm quite happy as we got a letter today from the housing people, we had to list our preferred houses in number order, I did it straight away and I will post it today . I know it's not confirmed...its just another step closer. The properties will be ready march/April which is a lot sooner than we thought so we have to really knuckle down and save for the next three months!

This weekend we have no plans! Rick may do some over time tomorrow morning . I will go for a long dog walk up the hills. Sort the house. My parents have just got home from Turkey so will visit them Saturday. We may go see my sister in law and nieces if they are free. Nice relaxing one!

Tea- steak salad

Will have a glass or two of wine tonight and I am making granola this afternoon

I have completed day 1 week 1 of ripped in 30 and walked pooch for 40 mins
 
Looking really nice Becki. Is the ripped in 30 better than the 30ds? It looks very similar. i know you found the other one boring. Im moving onto level 2 this week.
 
I think I find it more interesting as it's using weights. Also instead of doing 3 sets of ten days in the 30 day shred, the ripped in 30 has 4 different weeks so hoping I won't get too bored.
If I start to find it boring I will just mix up which workouts I do...as long as I am doing at least 20 mins HIIT or toning most days I will be happy :)
 
Morning guys.

We ended up staying at my parents for dinner last night which was curry ( from a jar) rice, poppadoms and baji. Not the best health wise but it was free food! We also had a few drinks. Got home at 9 and watched a couple of prison breaks.
I got drunk hungry and was so close to ordering takeout but rick said noooo, said I would kick myself today and he was right! I would of done. I made us a weight watchers wrap pizza instead. Phew!

Breakfast- ff yoghurt, banana and granola

Lunch- blt sandwich , it's been ages since I've had just a simple sandwich!

Dinner- plan on having the steak which we didn't have yesterday with salad.

I plan on doing another weight workout dvd and hopefully some sort of walk...maybe a jog?!!
 
15 minute jog complete and 15 min toning complete.

Although I really need to step up my game so I've ordered the Charlotte Crosby belly blitz dvd, the reviews are really good...I want abs!!

Yeah. Except I left out the chia seeds and cocoa nibs as I couldn't find them! But I like the ingredients I did use lol. It's great on yoghurt for breakfast . I'm not needing any honey to sweeten it up!
