I put a pic on IG but here's my new kit. I always go for pink or purple so really fancied something different! It really gives me a kick up the butt getting new kit. They were only from sports direct and three items only cost £25 so worth it I think!

I've been for a run ..4.1k ..However before I left the house I found out rick has been offered a promotion! Quite a big one. Although it's a bit up in the air as they wanted to know if he was interested before actually offering him a new job.
I think it's project managing the 5 companies within his main company ( which makes aerospace parts), and to be in charge of moving his factory to a new location(from what I understood over the phone)

So I passed the shops and bought us a bottle of presseco ...I know it's only Monday but I'm very proud!!
