Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

I will do my food diary roughly for tomorrow but I feel it's getting the same on my work days!
Breakfast- porridge with water
Lunch - boiled eggs, wm roll with ham salad, tomatoes. Banana. Sun bites (6)
Tea- macaroni cheese with chicken and carrot chips (3)

Will nip to shop and get some apples or other free food as I keep going over my syn's by not planning very well!

hope you're ok mate, I have no advice for hunger at the moment, other than dont do it!! Well - do it if its healthy ofcorse. fruit, quark, salad, cooked meats, quite a few free things to fill a hole... Hope you have strength. x
 
Oh gawd! Whats the matter with us? Well me especially, no self control at all at the moment and its really getting me down!!!
 
I would say tomorrow is another day but second half of my first aid so I'm packed with a pre packed sandwich crisps and cereal bars (eeek!) Then out to prezzos Saturday evening (eeek!) Shopping doesn't arrive till Sunday evening!

The last 20 minutes of my course they shut the windows and door due to noise ( bearing in mind it's 20+degrees and we had been outside all morning)
I started to feel faint weak and jelly legs so I had to sit in the lobby where it was cooler but needed to finish the course so everyone had to stand in the lobby around me to finish it whilst I felt crap! I don't know if it was the heat or dehydration or a panic/ anxiety attack as I could see it coming as soon as Windows and doors shut :( I've had one panic attack this year bit not sure what this was related too :(
 
Oh Beckie is this something youve suffered with before? I used to have panic attacks but thankfully they have subsided. I do sometimes wonder if they may return. Especially as im trying to get off the chill pills im frightened. Have yourself a relaxed eve and hopefully you'll be back to yourself soon. X

I don't know. I know i said it last week but docs on Monday! I'm hoping it's something though rather than nothing and that I just have to deal with it. Dizziness and random feelngs of faintness should not be something I 'should deal with ' :(

I'm on holiday for a week now ( should be in our hot tub :( ) so not strict on syn's but still watching what we eat.

I've been for a pamper today. Nails. Eyebrow wax and a facial! Feeling good!
 
Not been no :( got up late and had my pooch in at vets for her jabs. I will go this week though!
Had a lovely day today playing mini golf and looking found a garden centre with hubby ( old!) Then for ice cream! Now sat waiting for my friend with a glass of wine in the sun.

Just had big Mac in a bowl for lunch
