Edel's Food Diary

I got a good walk in yesterday thankfully. The sun is shining here and I hope to get another one in today:) I'm joining a walking club this evening in town so that will keep me moving. Weigh in day is tomorrow and I'm hoping to be down something!!! Anything at all would be good. Serious work to be done over the coming weeks. I'm three pounds off my target but I'm thinking of lowering this by another two pounds. I'll see when I get down the next three pounds off. I'd love to become a gold member & just maintain at this stage. It's sooooo slow though:D
 
Got in an hours walking today:) Beautiful weather here. Didn't join the club this evening though. I ate my way through 45 weekly pro points this week. I'll be amazed if I loose!!! Heading to an early class in the morning... I always rush off after the weigh in and never stay for the meeting. But I think I'll stay for it for the next few weeks. I mite learn something new:D
 
i never used to be interested in the meetings - i used to just get weighed n go - but some ppl find it better if they stay n tend to get on better! i used to just wanna get back for food as my weigh in was 5oclock haha

weathers been beautiful here too, managed to get 2 loads of washin dry on the line :) x
 
I think I'm going to stay for the meeting shez & see how I go! Mite try to get a walk in before I weigh in later on... Feeling nervous about it though. I'd say I'll be up:cry:
 
+1 lb. Not surprised as I thought I'd be up more. That puts the pressure on to loose two lbs next week. Dare to think what I'd be up if I didn't exercise. Damage not too bad afterall :)
 
Oh no!! I always think your diaries seem like you don't eat anywhere near as much as me, so well surprised you haven't lost!

Do you have any meals out planned this week? I'm sure you can lose 2lbs in a week sticking strictly to plan. Especially with all your exercise. X

Oh amba_eliza, I gain so so easily, it's unbelievable... No meals planned this week. I'd say it was the half bottle of wine that did the damage and the dessert and the doughnuts :D Just back from aquafit there. It's getting harder to shed those last few pounds... But I may stay going at it. I've four weeks left to tone at least before the wedding :) How are you getting on?

Started off the day really badly!!! Lost the plot at breakfast... and it went completey downhill from there. Tried to cut out lunch but was starving after dinner. The plan is hard enough to follow without these 'breakouts'. Went for a very slow walk with my aunt this evening. So literally no exercise today. Here's to hoping that tomorrow will be a little better. Delaying on getting the dress until two weeks before the wedding. So if I could loose two pounds before then, I'd be very happy.

How many pounds are you from target?
Definitely wait to get the dress then you can choose one you are happy with.

I was doing ok up until today when have also lost the plot with food! Had chinese takeaway on top a big lunch and dessert. It's what I always do, am really good for ages and then go mad and can't just have one treat , I then ruin it for whole day. Before I would let it carry on for days and weeks but not anymore, back on it tomorrow xx

I'm seven lbs from target at the moment.. But 'if'' I reach that target in seven weeks say, I'd like to lower it further. Went over the points again today and missed aquafit.... I know what you mean about break outs. Sooo hard to manage amba_eliza. Sometimes when I'm too strict I go the opposite way completely!!! I got a good walk in there and washed the car so I hope all exercise helps at this stage... Back on track tomorrow hopefully. Reckon if I don't have the porridge in the morning I go awol and the egg at lunch time. Good luck tomorrow with the plan!

24/49 Weeklies Used so far!!!!!! Went away for the weekend, so struggling to stay on track!!! Got the dress after trying on several. It's a classic black dress. I'm between sizes so I got the bigger size in the end. It fits much better than squeezing into the smaller one Disappointed it's not the smaller size but what can I do!!! Relieved to have it though
:D Can't go wrong with a black number!!!

I didn't move all weekend and ate my way through 24/49 weekly pro points.. Mite just get a short walk in this evening.. Wrecked after the weekend :) I lost count of the soda waters & lime I drank on Saturday night. Managed not to drink at all. So hopefully that will help with the weigh in on Tuesday. Planning on doing aquafit tomorrow evening..
