I got a good walk in yesterday thankfully. The sun is shining here and I hope to get another one in today I'm joining a walking club this evening in town so that will keep me moving. Weigh in day is tomorrow and I'm hoping to be down something!!! Anything at all would be good. Serious work to be done over the coming weeks. I'm three pounds off my target but I'm thinking of lowering this by another two pounds. I'll see when I get down the next three pounds off. I'd love to become a gold member & just maintain at this stage. It's sooooo slow though
