Love stew.. Big effort this week as weeks are numbered now. Freezing cold out there. Don't want to move. How are you getting on Shez x

its dropped here too considering its been like 18 degrees and we been enjoying it by sittin in garden n having bbqs etc!
new week so new start for me! been strict today so :) its just the weekends which are my downfall x

Thanks shez & amba_eliza... Relieved that it can be done :) Going to stay plugging at it. Hoping to be down one lb next week if I can... Thinking of joining a walking festival for the weekend. Haven't been exercising so much these days. It's soo cold out there.

Back doing the exercise. Missed a few days and wasn't on form. But I'm back and ready to keep going at this. Disappointed I ate twelve weeklies on Tuesday & 20 weeklies today, but what can I do!!!! It's no big deal really. Hoping for a good weekend and see what happens next Tuesday...:)

When the weather is bad, it really puts me off moving.. But I'll stay walking over the weekend. Have to fight the flab:)!!!Three weeks left til the wedding. Time has gone so fast. I've decided to go all black for it. I've to get the headpiece & shawl & bag over the weekend. Then I'll be sorted :D:D:D
 
If I figure out how to upload them Georgina!!! It's getting close now. Going to make a mad burst in the next few days... Need to exercise more I think. Sooo hard to keep up with the plan x

Ohhhhh the joys of a dieter!!! Went on a splurge last night.. Lost control completely and ate my way through the night. Really annoyed with myself now!!! Back on track for the weekend now. Got my walk in this morning though. Thinking I mite join a gym for the last three weeks left! I don't like moving too much so I mite skip that idea for now! Feeling guilty about the food now. Reckon if I don't plan properly I loose the run of myself!!! :D

Hey don't stress you are still well within your weeklies been with the splurge night! Know how you feel though. The guilt is part of parcel if the whole thing isn't it. You are back on track now and do so much exercise. My problem is I don't really exercise. I walk everywhere so suppose that is some but I'm used to that so it makes no impact upon my body. Plus the speed of the kids is not exactly heart racing exercise haha x

Hi jbsmum, missed my walk this morning!!! Felt tired and just slept on. Going to try to get out myself later in the day.. Made more of the jelly last night so I feel better about that. Quiet weekend here, trying to save the cash for the wedding. Planning on getting the rest of the outfit during the week :) Started the couch to 5km, but it fell by the wayside. Mite get back to it during the week though!!! Hope ur doing well x :)
