DAY FIVE: 32/49 weeklies used soo far!!!!
Ohhhhh the joys of a dieter!!! Went on a splurge last night.. Lost control completely and ate my way through the night. Really annoyed with myself now!!! Back on track for the weekend now. Got my walk in this morning though. Thinking I mite join a gym for the last three weeks left! I don't like moving too much so I mite skip that idea for now! Feeling guilty about the food now. Reckon if I don't plan properly I loose the run of myself!!!
