Really not been a good food day at all today! No time for breakfast as the kids got up late. Was in town shopping for most of the day. And grabbed something. Then could not be bothered to cook tea so had take out :mad: No point filling in food for today as have not followed plan what so ever!!

I have had an apple and a banana, a chocolate muffin, a bag of crisps and a full on chinese!!

Totaly back on plan tomorrow!!!!!!

Another bad day! Went shopping with the family in bristol today.Ended up in tgi fridays! The menu is PANTS for dieting/healthy eating! So i went all out AGAIN and had chips and ribs!! Really could have made better choices....but i didn't! This whole weekend is a write off! LOL. And thats exactly what i am gonna do..Write it off...and move on! (again :eek: )

Not been doing very well the last few weeks! Really lucky i haven't had a gain! I need to stop going out lol, dont have any real issues at home!!!

Food today= :break_diet:
banana, ribs and chips, 2x alpen lights 350ml skimmed milk and small bag of snack a jacks!!!!

Yeah maybe :eek: Think my willpower is low as i am so pleased with how much i have lost. Just gotta keep telling myself i will end up back where i started if i carry on! Still have a bit to lose and i have set my target quite high! Back on track today so far! And got a nice long walk in this morn xx

L; beef, potato and mixed veg soup, bread

T; roast chicken, sw roast potatoes, carrots, broccoli, green beans, cauliflower, asparagus, sprouts, sugar snap peas

SNACKS;.....

SYNS; bread=5 soup=2 gravy=2 snack a jacks=5
Total=14

So, i have my roast chicken in the oven and all veg prepared :D Then will have my snack a jacks and 2 alpens this evening while watching the telly! Yay :)
 
Well done for getting back on it. Tgi Friday is the worst for syns , I went a few weeks ago and had burger and chips. Love the jd glaze. We are allowed to eat like this sometimes otherwise we would give up altogether. Great day today ! X

Feels great being back on track! And even though its NAUGHTY my daily weighing isn't looking too bad after my BBAADD weekend. I am still the same as i was on fridays weigh in! Hopefuly no lb's will sneak on in the next few days and i may even manage to get 1lb off :D
 
Out all day today! Made sensible(ish) choices though and walked again :)

Nieces birthday party tonight! My sister is doing roast pork rolls! I am gonna take 2 slices of nimble :) Wont be able to resist the birthday cake though!!!
