Green day today :) I like green days when i am struggling as the 2 HEB's help alot!

T; curry (BNS, onion, red lentils, garlic, chilli, spices) quinoa and bulgar wheat (wanted to try them so had both).... cucumber, corriander, banana, natural yog...all used to cool it down lol!!

Another green day as had left-overs, its gone a little pear shaped after caving in town and eating a slice of cakey biscuit stuff :(

Well today has been a bit off, as usual for a friday though i had the best intentions to be good! Only just in the 11 stone bracket (11.13) And wanna stay :rolleyes:
The in laws moved house today so have been un-packing boxes all day, and eating roses chocolates!!!

Thanks hun :) Yeah i am ok, feel poop for eating rubbish....I way prefer SW style food, just no chance of having it last few days, french stick with ham and cheese for lunch today and a rushed kebab (yuk!) for tea!!!! Last day un-packing tomorrow and i am taking my soup in a flask for lunch!!! And gonna make sure i am home in time to cook a roast for tea! The kids have eaten junk for two days too so i am feeling really guilty :( Hope your well hun xx
 
It can't be helped sometimes hun, you have just been too busy! Don't forget it's only 2 days in the grand scheme of things, you seem to have tomorrow well planned so you'll soon be back on the right track :) I agree though I actually prefer SW style food now :) xx

Well yesterday was ok, not totaly on plan though! Today was my lil ones 9th birthday, stayed on plan untill the birthday cake!!! Weighed this morn and so far its a STS :) Thats fab after this week lol. Hope its the same tomorrow at my proper weekly weigh in! Then after boxing day its back to reality and back 100% on plan!!! Next weigh in after xmas is the 30th, i am gonna aim for another STS....Xmas day will be mostly on plan, except the pudding and stuffing! Boxing day is gonna be spent at the inlaws so bad food WILL be consumed :) I dont drink so at least no syns from alcohol!!! Really going to try hard to not go mad, but i am going to enjoy the little extras like cheese and crackers and the odd chocolate!!
 
STS this week :D Totaly happy with that! Aiming for another STS next week, but if i gain a few lb's it is NOT the end of the world, or the end of my healthy eating/diet!!!

:109: MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Well i have been ''OFF'' the wagon all day :D OOPS!!!!

Missed brekki, munched on crisps and chocs while cooking the turkey....ate untill i was STUFFED not satisfied....Munched on honey glazed cashew nuts all evening....then drank for the first time in 2 years! Cherry brandy and diet coke, rose wine and archers :eek: :eek: :eek:

Bloody lovely lovely day :) Ha ha!

Sure i will regret my spectacular fall off the wagon, but right now, with a full belly and a warm heart, i must admit i feel pretty bloody lovely :)

Hope everyone has had a very merry christmas!!!!


At the in laws tomorrow, my 'plan' is to be back on track, have made lush chilli soup to take! The idea is that i will do EE, have banana and yog for brekki, eat my soup and have the cold meats and salad, avoid all nibbles andget merry on the atmosphere :rolleyes:

We shall see how that goes hey lol.

BUT the 27th WILL be 100% back on track xx
