SW Burgers are in the fridge ready for tea so thought id write this down now
HEA; 350ml skimmed milk
HEB; 2x alpen lights
BREAKFAST; banana
LUNCH; smoked peppered mackerel, cous cous, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, mixed salad leaves, syn free ranch dressing (yum!!)
TEA; SW burgers, Sw chips, mixed salad
SYNS; curly wurly=6, mackerel=2 (plus 7 on something, maybe a pitta with tea)
