Thanks lovely, getting there now, how satisfying is it when you see your stats, that feeling at the beginning where your like oh my god I have so far to go, then you look and it's gettin kinda close :) 1.5st to goooo, which considering I had like 4 to start with is soooo much more inspiring to carry on. Xx

Well sadly I'm back from thailand and after planning to get straight back on plan I went out for lunch yday and had pudding and half a bottle of wine! So today I've started again properly.

Sunday - EE day

Bfast : a little left over free spinach, tomato and potato curry with some Indian salad

Lunch : pea and mint soup (onion celery), ham and salad sandwiches (hexB) banana (2syns flora)

Dinner : roast beef, mashed swede, asparagus, broccoli, carrots. Gravy (2syns)

Snack : walkers crisps (7syns) argh thought they were less... grr.. M&S choc wafer thingys (4syns)

Drinks : tea w/milk hexA, loads of water

Total syns : 15

Exercise : 30min walk, 1 hour of gardening

Wow it looks like you've been doing amazingly well whilst I've been away. Looking forward to reading your diary and getting some inspiration as I seem to have forgotten everything!

Hey love!! How are you?? Haven't had a chance to catch up with diaries yet, a lot to read after nearly 3 weeks! Holiday was amazing, add me on fb if u want to see the photos I'll be putting them up in a few days, maybe later if I can be bothered theres a lot to sift through! Fell in love with Koh Tao, wish we'd had longer than 3 days there, was supposed to be 4 but missed our ferry from koh phagnan after a crazy few nights at the full moon party and a jungle rave the night before full moon! Really liked phagnan too, everyone said it was rubbish unless a party was on but we were well away from the crazy (apart from when getting involved) and was lush! amazing beach and really nice bars/food. Didn't like Phuket at all, seedy and really not nice and kinda everywhere looked really grim but we went to stay with bf friend so kinda had to go there, and his boss got us a really nice apt for free for the weekend which was nice of him, so kinda luxury amidst the grim! ha.. Loved phi phi too as we were also away from the main bit over on a diff beach and had to trek through the jungle to get to the main bit as the waves were really bad most of the stay so no boats, but our view and that resort was lush too. Went on a private speedboat to see all round the islands, and also nearly stood on a cobra!!! So scary! Bf thought I was being paranoid when I shouted snake as it was around a load of pipes and really dark walking back to our hut at the top of the hill (I'm really scared of them and was panicky about them all hol) so when he told me to not be ridiclous then it slithered over his foot he believed me... I asked the hotel staff what kinda snake it was she said was probs a cobra as it was big and black and moved really slowly which the dangerous ones do.. EEEKKK!! scary! Amazing hol, and lush food, best holiday ever, so much travelling round tho, would definitely do it differently going back as now I know where I like. Koh Tao is totally where its at for me. We hired a quad and went into all the coves and beaches around the island and up these tracks we weren't supposed to up to the 2nd highest point which looked out over koh phagnan, lush! Massive 28 hour journey home tho, and still not quite over jet lag, as can;t seem to sleep properly even tho I'm shattered. Lush seeing my kids too, was a long time without them.

Anyway.. oof what a reply!! haha, I'm just excited, as it was so much and we did so much. Ooo didn't like bangkok either, we had the most insanely luxurious hotel which was like this haven but you feel like everyones trying to do you over there, its quite intimidating. We went to this outdoor restaurant on the 67th floor and felt like film stars honestly so posh, the bill was just as shocking £230 quid dinner!!! I only had 1 cocktail!! haha! Worth it though as it was amazing and once in a lifetime kinda meal. It was called Breeze at the Lebua State Tower if u want a look, pretty special!

Hey! How was your travels?? Where did you go? was it amazing?? I did a crazy VLCD for 4 weeks before I went away and lost quite a bit on that, but back on SW again now to lose the rest more sensibly. Feels like ages since I did SW properly too as kinda went and did my own CC/SW thing before the crazy VLCD. xxx
 
OK! firmly back on SW now, and back into the swing of it, was wondering how my appetite was after the VLCD as couldn't really tell when I was away as just kinda eating twice a day as was really hot and wasn't into eating loads, although the last week and a half did kinda go off the rails and have loads of pizza and bread, and loads of boozing and beers. Actually breakfast times were pretty bad too! Loads of walking though which seems to have gone in my favour as just checked my weight for the first time since my last official WI on slim and save and only gained 2lbs!! Considering they say you will definitely gain at least 4lbs in water weight when coming off VLCD to only gain 2 in 3 weeks since it ended and eating quite a lot on holiday I'm thrilled, I thought I'd gained about 8lbs back! YAY!!!! So 13stone 8lbs now and about 1.5stone to go. Fingers crossed as its been so long since SW properly I'll get a good first week loss again. Esp as I plan on red days as much as I can, and getting more active again doing school runs etc.

So todays food :

RED DAY - Monday

Bfast : 2 slices WW danish (HexB) smoked salmon, 2 poached eggs. tomato sauce (1syn)

Snacky food over the day : ham, kiwi fruit, plum, 3rd slice WW bread and a little salmon (1syn flora light) Cheesestring (half HexA)

Dinner : Syn Free Bol (xlean mince, chopped tomato, tom puree, garlic, peppers, celery, onion, carrot, mushrooms, basil) 100g wholewheat spaghetti. Salad w/ lettuce, beetroot, cucumber, tomato, spring onion. 2tbsp parmesan (HexA)

Drinks : Water, a lot of tea w/skimmed milk (half HexA) NAS mango and passionfruit pop from Sainsbury.

TOTAL SYNS : 2

Exercise : walking 2.5miles

Yeh I am only 0.5lb away from target well I was on Friday then I ate crap at the weekend (had a week off work and was fine up until the weekend lol then just wanted to eat and drink everything, very rarely get a weekend off so thought I might as well enjoy it) so not looking likely ill get to target this week but hopefully very soon! X
 
Yey! well done love, its good tho when you have blowouts near to goal as u kinda work out how to balance your weight, like if u blowout for a weekend then balance in the week and STS u learn how to maintain, which is what we all want really isn't it. xxx
 
Yeh exactly it's probably how I would want to eat for life have bits of whatever I fancy at the weekend plus a couple extra drinks perhaps and then just eat sensible the rest of the week as that's what I prefer to eat most of the time anyway :)

Was pretty nice not coming home to a huge gain ESP after worrying i'd pile the weight straight back on after s&s. I did feel much bigger there but I guess it was just water retention from the heat. We're trying to take the boys away next month so I have another 7 weeks to get rid of some more, would love that 8lbs to be gone so then i'm just 1stone from target. I didn't realise u had a little ads button so I've added u now xxx

Thanks love! Same goes, so close to target, are you planning on sticking to WW when you get to target but letting yourself have a little more freedom? Xx
 
I kind of already tweak weight watchers a bit like allow wholemeal bagels rather than just ww ones and count veggie sausages as free on simply filling as long as its common sense tweaks.

But yeh in theory at maintenance I would go from 45weeklies to 90weeklies (considering my daily allowance of food on propoints days is 26pp that's a pretty massive increase like 2 whole days worth of food extra almost!!) so rather than trying to count them all I will probably just stick to what I do now but have one day a week where I don't count points and just have whatever I fancy obviously within reason. I really wouldn't want to go back to eating loads of takeaways or pizza but will be nice to enjoy the little extras again like a couple slices of garlic bread, bit of naan bread, more nuts and dried fruit - daft wee things like that will be greatly appreciated! X
 
90 weeklies is quite a lot actually! That'll feel like loads! Especially when you can get away with eating quite bad foods, but staying within the plan. Although I guess WW snacks are no where near as bad as normal snacks, which is why they are ok, excited for you getting to goal, do you think you'll stick there? You looked teeny on your fb profile, so I think you look amazing now love. Well done. xx

Lunch: Baked salmon with lemon and soy, asparagus, carrot, spring onion, chilli, garlic, mushrooms, yellow pepper, 50g wholewheat noodles (hexB) oyster sauce (1syn)

Snack: Wispa ice cream (6syns) apple

Dinner: Quorn sausages, celeriac mash, broccoli, carrots, green beans. onion Gravy (2syns)

Drinks: tea w/milk (half hexA) water

TOTAL SYNS : 12

Hi!!! Ah SW is kinda easy, you just have a bunch of free food which is mainly meat/veg and limit carbs, then anything not included has a syn value and u can't go over 15 a day. I try and do red days though which I think will be better after S&S as theres other plans which you can eat pretty much as many carbs as you like but limit meat. I like the red days though, feels healthier as no carb bloat.

How did your doctor app go?? xxx
