Ah that's great love! Good luck! How you finding s&s still getting through it ok? I must admit after 3 weeks still feels strange eating normally! If I have 1500 cals now I feel like I've over eaten!

Woke up to flowers today :) and a nice card. Not really for any reason which was nice!

Totm for me and feeling really achey and cold and my abdomen is killing :( having an EE day as bf cooking so going away from my red day plan already! Oops! Grrrrrrrr god damn sugar craving with totm!!

Extra Easy day - Wednesday

Bfast: banana

Brunch: SW hash browns, smoked salmon and 2 poached eggs (2syns ketchup)

Snack: plum, pitta pockets (hexB) w/chicken, cucumber and tomato. flora light (1.5syns) mayo light (0.5syns) mini buttons and crunchie (8syns)

Dinner: carribbean lamb with rice, peas and sweetcorn, onions. spring onion & chilli salad and beetroot

Drinks: water, tea w/milk (hexA) green tea with mint.

TOTAL SYNS : 12

Finally had a decent sleep! Think finally over the travelling lag and sleep issues. Yey! Actually fell asleep at half 10 last night which I don't ever do. Having crazy totm sugar cravings so had a snack size cadbury caramel and definitely leaving it at that as had 2 of them yesterday. Which is still only 8syns so ok. Back on red day today and back to my plan.

Red day - Thursday

Bfast: quorn frittata, 2 eggs, mushroom, salad onion, chilli, cherry tomato (looked a massive mess but tasted lush!)

Snack: snack size caramel (4syns)

Lunch:2 crackerbreads (2syns) chicken, cherry tomatoes, apple, kiwi fruit.

Snack: Tiny bowl special k (half HexB), Milk for that and a latte (HexA) 1/3 triangle choc crunch cake at softplay. no idea syns (7syns) going by Iceland choc crunch cake

Dinner: SW burgers, wholemeal roll (hexB) reduced fat mozzarella (hexA) SW chips (half hexB) salad, SW coleslaw. Beetroot, pickles. Options turkish delight (2syns)

Drinks: water, tea w/milk (hexA)

Total syns : 15 Checked my cals and had 1714 cals today, which is ok, and within everything else, as I walked loads and did quite a bit of housework. So should be ok.

Need to start meal planning better and make sure theres plenty of superfree foods in the house, I didn't eat a proper lunch and just ended up totm hormonal and sugar craving at soft play, so ended up getting some cake and splitting it with the kids so I didn't at least eat the whole thing. I thought I'd totally overindulged as I also had a tiny bowl of special k but realised I had gotten the potato allowance totally wrong so its actually ok, can count as half hexB. woo! Still had 1700 cals today so thats pretty ok really, I mean its not anything thats going to make me gain weight even though I feel like I've been really bad. So plan for weekend, do a big food shop to make sure I don't snack!

Haven't had totm to contend with since I did the vlcd when the eating was just taken away pretty much, now I have freedom and choices again its much harder. Definitely last day of the giving in to sugar though, as I think once you start with sugar you just crave it all the time, and I haven't been bothered for over a month until this week when I gave in and had some, now its on my mind loads again.

Also my skin has gone yuck :(

Altho did check my measurements yday and gone down an inch everywhere since last time I checked, yay! And got some old work pants on (kinda comfortably) I haven't worn since before I had my kids and gained all this weight in the first place, yey! xx
 
Oh dear... Today started well but gone totally off plan for dinner so just writing tonight off.. Oops.

EE day - Friday

Breakfast: bacon and poached eggs (hexB) WW Danish

Snack: SW coleslaw, ham, tomato and cucumber. Cheesestring (half hexA)

Dinner: fish and chips with mushy peas (25syns) only ate half the chips and hardly any batter so i'm not counting it as too high.

Drinks: tea w/milk (hexA-half) options hot choc (2syns)

Total syns - 27
 
Looks like it wouldn't be too bad overall calorie wise though :) x
 
Nah.. I only had 2 syns on Tuesday as well so I should be fine if I just keep low for the next few days. I'm kinda pleased with myself as I didn't just eat it all as it was there i just ate until I was satisfied then chucked the rest. Did you have your WI today love? How'd it go? Xx
 
EE DAY - Saturday

Oh dear well I've edited this to show my true food diary now! Went to asian supermarket and as we were both starving and bf was having a right old paddy we went to a chinese buffet place, was pretty horrible, and the only good thing was apart from the desert table I didn't really eat loads.

Breakie: none

Lunch: 1/4bowl sweetcorn soup, 3 salt and pepper ribs, 5pieces of salmon maki, tiny bit of singapore noodles, 1 spring roll and a piece of lemon chicken. 1 piece choc cake and ice cream (oops!)

Dinner: Chicken Penang curry (homemade v small portion, esp the rice) jasmine rice. But it had a lot of bad stuff in! Paste (ok!) peanuts, light coconut milk, coconut cream, palm sugar.

Pretty bad day really, but defo could be worse, my appetite has gone down loads as I was totally stuffed after both meals and neither were ridiculously big. After 2 bad days, firmly getting back to plan tomorrow and no more sweet stuff!!

Oh well! Today went totally out the window as I had a Chinese buffet, did ok, just had some sushi, a few ribs and some Singapore noodles. Although also had choc cake so that's my good day gone bad! I'm just going to count this week as gettin back into the swing of SW and start properly again Monday. Going to have a SW dinner, pea and mint soup and my Thai feast tomorrow instead. Bloody bf was complaining how hungry he was so we went there for ease I hate that place and actually didn't like anything apart from the cake! Haha! Xx
 
Oh well I also didn't have a SW dinner I made the Penang curry. It was awesome! I did all my cals for the day and it was still just 2000, so that's still not even My daily allowance if I wasnt dieting, so even tho it's crap SW and a million syns it's made me feel slightly better!!

Going have a detox day of soups today and tofu rice. Healthy food!!

EE day - Sunday

Bfast: wasn't hungry, lots of tea w/skim milk (hexA)

Lunch: Fruit salad (banana, mango, kiwi, strawberries, apple, plum)

Dinner: Tom yam goong, (thai paste 1.5syns) coriander, straw mushrooms, massive prawns, fish stock, cherry tomatoes. With Thai tofu 'fried' rice (peas, egg, pak choi, carrot, cabbage, spring onion, ginger, garlic, sesame oil (hexB), soy, 5spice, rice vinegar.

Snack: cheesestring (half hexA) half a bueno white (5.5syns) options (2syns)

Drinks: tea, water, green tea with mint.

TOTAL SYNS: 9

With all the yummy things you eat maybe ww or just calorie counting would work better for you hun? It's not bad food you are eating at all they just don't fit into sw!

Get anything nice at the Chinese supermarket? We make a trip to the massive one every so often I love looking at all the crazy things!! X
 
I think maybe I'll just do SW in the week as the meals do fit in really well with family eating, but then CC at weekends again, I did that before I did the vlcd and got more regular losses than when I was strict with SW, I think the up and down of cals actually helps, as long as I stay within the 2000, saying that when I had bad weekends I'd have like 2600 sometimes and still get losses, so we'll see. I know my appetite is definitely smaller so I think that helps. I used to eat loads whereas now I definitely can stop when I feel full and its a lot less food to get me there, even yday at the chinese buffet I didn't actually eat that much compared to what I used to. I felt like I ate so much yesterday, but actually when I think about it, it wasn't really much. I did make the panang curry, it was lush! but I had a really small portion and was stuffed, like 1/4 bowl rice and about 7 pieces of chicken. which is quite a small meal really. I think as long as I keep aware of how much I'm eating and keep paying attention to when I feel full it'll be ok.

Oooo the asian supermarket was awesome! Its so much cheaper there too! We stocked up on loads of nice pastes, pretty much all the thai ones, I got a GIANT bag of prawns for £5 they are huge as well. So much better than the supermarket! Massive bottles of soy, really nice dark sesame oil, spices, tofu and some straw mushrooms I am going to put in the soup :) oooo and a huge bag of pak choi that was £1.50! I think I might just start doing loads of shopping between there and the market as it really is cheaper. The different noodles they have are class too, I can never find most of them normally. I can't wait to go have a proper look on my own as bf had had enough of me aimlessly wandering aisles, it makes him so mad!

Ooh that looks yummy! Yeh the Chinese supermarket is ace and really cheap, the only problem is I tend to buy too many off the cute quirky treats like panda biscuits and pocky and ours also has a good polish section where the Cheetos tempt me far too much. There is plenty cheap healthy stuff too i am just bad at avoiding the treats there coz I don't go often.

House situation is still up in the air but it seems that legally we should be able to stay for at least about 2months and we should be able to get the house we are hoping to buy sorted around that time so fingers crossed it will all work out ok! Not ideal but at least it meant I eventually started some packing away of unnecessary spare clothes today! Just waiting on boxes coming then I can make a start on other stuff. Argh I just have SO MUCH STUFF! X
 
haha! I just don't go down those aisles, as I'd go crazy, then binge, then be annoyed at myself. I love panda biscuits, and cheetos! I used to be obsessed with them when I used to go to greece, I'm weird though I like them when they go kinda stale and chewy, so I leave the packet open for a day before I eat them, so so weird ha!

Ah well at least thats kinda sorted, is 2 months long enough to sort out the purchase of your own place?? At least it means you're getting ahead of the packing/sorting, I must say how organised you are, as I leave everything until the last minute! xx
 
Woke up feeling super crap, so not going to WI today, I just can't be bothered to get ready and walk to the pool, just going to eat what I fancy and feel better, well I am going to eat SW food, but just EE so I don't have to really think about it! Still going to cal count, as I'm so used to weighing things from doing the vlcd.

EE DAY - Monday

Bfast/Lunch: jasmine rice, chicken, pak choi, cabbage, spring onion, ginger, garlic, mushroom, peas. soy sauce, oyster sauce (1syn)

Snack: ham sandwich (hexB) cucumber and lettuce, m&s animal biscuits (9syns)

Dinner: SW chicken and red pepper casserole (onion, garlic, red peppers, chopped tomato) (1syn) mini roast potatoes, green beans and broccoli.

Drinks: water, tea w/milk (hexA) green tea with mint

You aren't wierd I used to love stale m&ms cheese puffs and stale prawn crackers like actually preferred them that way than when just open haha!

Well it's a private sale so it's a lot more straight forward basically get our solicitor to ask their solicitor if we can buy it, we all agree, then about 4 weeks to get mortgage all approved formally/ sorted out. Went and spoke to financial advisor about it today and now its looking like it can all go ahead and I am SO excited! X
