Oh well I also didn't have a SW dinner I made the Penang curry. It was awesome! I did all my cals for the day and it was still just 2000, so that's still not even My daily allowance if I wasnt dieting, so even tho it's crap SW and a million syns it's made me feel slightly better!!
Going have a detox day of soups today and tofu rice. Healthy food!!

Bfast: wasn't hungry, lots of tea w/skim milk (hexA)

Snack: cheesestring (half hexA) half a bueno white (5.5syns) options (2syns)
Drinks: tea, water, green tea with mint.
