WHOOOOO HOOO !!!! As of this morning i am 101 lbs lighter, finally broke the 100 lbs mark, going to treat me to a new hair do tomorrow, so excited to be still loosing ....

That's UNBELIEVABLE Lilac!! You're a Lipo legend girlie! Sorry I've not really got round to congratulating you on being ready to move on to the re-feed part. You've done phenomenally well...yes I'm still "agog"!!! You've shown everyone of us what's possible on this plan and I've NO doubt you'll never go back to where you were before. We're diggin' the new Lilac-2012 model!

I am about to talk a little bit about food so look away now......

Anyway so last night i got back from my run and discovered that in the 6 months of being away from tesco etc that Mars have started to do a triple chocolate Mars Bar, exciting i thought I will buy one as a treat... anyway so i got home had my very healthy dinner went to the fridge got out my mars bar.... and this is where it got weird. I cut it into quarters ate 1 quarter and put the rest back in the fridge for another day !! What has happened to me lol, i have turned into one of those people !!
