Elivira's on a mission to eliminate 100lbs!

It's a kinda nice feeling though isn't it!

I only lost 1/4lb this week but I'm happy as it's all going in the right direction.

I have been trying to count calories on MFP as well as following SW, which isn't going to work. I need to do one or the other. So from tomorrow it's just SW. I want to see what I can achieve on it...hopefully more than 1/4lb!

Good luck! I really don't think that SW would work for me, syn food would just be too tempting to have lots of! I'm sure you'll do great though.

Well I'm supposed to have been following SW all along but got side-tracked with calorie counting. Just going to do a week of SW and see what the result is. It forces me to eat superfree food i.e. fruit and veg, whereas with calorie counting, I live on low calorie convenience crap! I'm a bit naughty like that...

Just thought I'd say hi, I've been doing sw but counting cals on mfp, and it's getting a bit confusing, so I'm just concentrating on sw this week to see how I go, if I just do cc I use my cals on rubbish too, and would never use cals on a banana when I could have a bag of crisps instead ;-) x

Ah ok, that makes sense. Personally, I don't do the whole convenience stuff just because I don't really like it and I feel full afterwards! But it is getting more and more tempting as I get more and more busy I have to admit!

That's the thing - in the mornings, I'm in such a rush so just grab a cereal bar. And I end up snacking on them too!

Thanks for your message, sazbirl. It's confusing me too, but I do love using MFP lol x

I've completed two weeks of Kettleworx now, and I do feel smaller although that could just be wishful thinking. I don't want to measure until the six weeks is up though!

I may abandon this blog. It doesn't seem to get a lot of readage these days :sigh:

Noooo I read it, don't abandon it! If you do you'll just have to send me regular facebook message updates instead lol You'll definitely have lost inches in those two weeks. I wish I had the patience to wait but I really don't! You'll see amazing results at the end, keep going with it.

Don't go, I read and run sorry but I don't always have time to post and I'm not into kettlestuff either :p

Okay, I'll stay lol and I'll start posting more stuff that's not kettlebell related, nursetubs! X

At work all day again. Hate it. It's only good for keeping me on track diet-wise, and for providing a workout of sorts.

The customers are scum. I don't know why they think it's okay to come in here and throw everything on the floor. They don't do it in any other shop! Grr!

I HATE when people do that, just think it's rude and unnecessary! I always make an effort to fold things up and put them back, it's not that hard!

I know. I'm the same. Most people knock things on the floor, look at it, look at me, then walk off. Scum!

WI day today and I'm nervous. I've been pretty good this week but just feel so fat. I don't feel like I've lost anything!

Watch this space...

I DEFINITELY couldn't do it if a member of staff was there, I'd feel way too bad! Let us know how WI goes!
