OK, no excuses but I haven't been keeping to my points so haven't bothered writing down what I have eaten. Over Easter, I fell down the stairs and have been in a great deal of pain with my back ever since. I have now found out that I have fractured my coccyx which expains the pain. The pain killers have doped me up and I feel generally crap as I'm not sleeping properly. It's my birthday on Wednesday so I have decided to start again on Thursday. Fingers crossed I wont have put back on the bit I lost! I'm determined not to let this 'blip' stop me from carrying on with WW and losing the weight I want to lose.
