Elkays resurrected food diary

Right, no more messing about, it's time to start logging all my food on here again. Since giving up recording all my food intake, I have had limited success following the WW plan - no fault of WW plan, just my own lack of motivation and frustration at not seeing the lbs move fast enough.:sigh:

I restarted following WW seriously on 9th July and was keeping a record of all my food on bits of paper which I then lost on a regular basis! After losing 9lbs in 4 weeks (which I was very pleased with), I have since had a 3lb gain and a STS this week. So, I have decided to resurrect my food diary in the hope that it will help me get back on track before any more damage is done! I really need to lose 31lbs which will take me to 10 and a half stone - I will be happy with that.


I will WI on a Friday and todays WI was a STS.


Breakfast
4 ryvita = 2
1 banana = 1.5


Lunch
4 ww bread = 2
Lettuce = 0
100g prawns = 2
2 tbs salad cream light = 1
Velvet crunch crisps = 1

Snack
Bowl of special k & sk milk = 3

Dinner
WW ravioli = 4.5
Veg = 0

1 can lager = 2

Total = 19

but alas now I have found you be very afraid there is no getting away from me ;)

I'm very glad that you have found me! I wasn't hiding intentionally - honest! I have been 'homeless' for the past couple of months or so - posting in other peoples diaries etc. but not using this one. I now need to be stricter with myself though.

I must say you and Nik have been a real inspiration and are probably the only reason I have managed to lose the few lbs I have - if it hadn't been for my interest in how you two are progressing, I would have probably given up again by now! So here I am -
A born again WWer!

Anyway, thank you for visiting and please feel free to visit again - comments, criticism and a kick up the butt now then are all welcome!

Ah thank you for popping in - I know you are right but I have to be so careful because I gain weight so easily which means a weekend blast can completely ruin any good work done! Today I feel like I have gained a few pounds. Back at work today though so should be easier to stick to my points now I am back into my routine. Hope you have a good week too!

Velvet Crunch... I have heard these mentioned a few times now and have never spotted any, but have heard that they are the bee'z knee'z

I can't even tell you how excited I am to finally be in 'your home'... Mind if i search your fridge for goodies? Promise I'll keep some for everyone else ;)

Hey you found me! Welcome to my food diary :D and feel free to help yourself to anything you fancy! I felt guilty about nosing in other peoples diaries but not having one myself so decided to resurrect this one - felt a bit like an uninvited visitor! Not sure this one will be worth getting excited about though!

Velvet Crunch has taken over from Walkers French Fries as my favourite snack- they sell them in Tesco here and they are reduced to £1 for a multipack at the moment so I have a cupboard full!!

Damn! I knew I was supposed to be looking out for something today... Velvet Crunch!

I had my first lemon & herby dressing yesterday, not a big fan of lemon juice actually on food, but have to say, really enjoyed it.

Velvet crunches......you don't know what you are missing!

I wasn't too impressed with the lemon and herb dressing to be honest - I only chose that as on the Nandos website gave the nutritional info for the complete meal.
