hey hey :) How are you doing on your 5 a day? x

Well Jen, it's not quite going to plan - the 5 a day thing! Though the portion of caulifower I had yesterday was so huge it was probably 5 portions!! Usually, I have my 5 portions of fruit and veg in my salad easily but I have been off work this week and it has all gone out of the window! back to work tomorrow so should be OK then. Next challenge for me to fail at will have to be - no more takeaways/eating out at the weekend!!
