I'm reet into porridge for breakfast these days - Have you tried it with a smidge of cinnamon sprinkled on top? And sometimes when I really want to live dangerously, I throw a few saltanas on too :p

Ok, book has been posted today, no lie, Aisha placed it in the letter box herself ;)
xxx

Thank Aisha for posting the parcel for me.

I could eat porridge for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Haven't tried it with cinnamon, but will do now, thanks for the tip! Not keen on dried fruit but I do like stewed apple in my porridge but I have to be careful, fruit = loo, lots for me!

I can see the logic in what Kals said actually, I would like to think you could count that loss as a loss for this week, but saying that, I probably wouldn't have counted it either if it wasn't the right day... then I would have been totally pee'd off and gone out and binged or something... Lets hope you have stayed strong :D

Have a great weekend L. xxx

I haven't exactly binged, so all is good thanks Nik. So annoying when you gain 1lb overnight and you can't see why! Never mind. Hope you are having a lovely weekend. It's been a lovely day here today - sunny and mild, lovely for walking, if only I had done all my chores yesterday instead of putting them off!

Hi ya - had a good weekend thank you. Glad you are putting the books to good use. Good luck for the coming week and again, congratulations on your engagement.:D

Morning Lesley.

You have a nice weekend? Up to much? watching football? :p

Hope you have a great start to the week, and have a fabuloud loss this week in whatever plan you are going for. xxx

Hi Nik. No football watching this weekend, the stress is too much for me! Have had a break from food logging due to having a major dilema about whether to try this ProPoints thing. As you know I've decided to give it a go so we shall have to see! Hope you've had a good weekend. I see you had the same experience with Aisha and the fireworks as I had when Gareth small!

Have a lovely week and thanks again for your help Nik - you're a star! :thankyou:

Afternoon Lesley.
hope you had a good weekend kitten and that the week ahead is a good one :D

Hi Kals - had a good weekend thank you, depsite the pondering about whether to try this new plan. Decided I would late on Sunday night and joined online. Day 1 done and I'm not sure if the tracker is working the points out right because I was nowhere near using my 29 points - had to eat some things I wouldn't usually eat just to use my 29 points up. I'm still going to try and incorporate some of the GL principles into it though as it does suit my stomach better - it looks like that will be easy enough to do though. How are you finding it?

Good luck for the rest of the week Kals. :fingerscrossed: for both of us!

I'm finding it really easy so far Lesley
agree with you on using up the 29 points I've been looking round for higher pointed things just to use them up so much food its untrue
I sat there last night guzzling wine and eating crusty bread and melted camembert and still came in at 25 points haha!!
have a good day hunny xx

Ohhhh wine, crusty bread and cheese sound perfect! The proof will be in what the scales say I suppose - I still feel like I am eating way too much! Are you going to weigh yourself Kals or have you still going to judge by your clothes?

Have a lovely Wednesday - meant to be the best day this week, cold but sunny then back to rain Thursday!

Hahaha Kals, your cheese experiences really make me laugh!

Thanks for yesterday Lesley and leting me have a peep into 'your diet world' - It was really helpful, if not a little scary... well, terrifying actually. But as I said, shall be keeping a close eye on you and Kals to see what a great job you are both doing.

I have seen alot of comments of people starting PP'ing and it seems alot of people are struggling to eat all of their alotted points compared to what they were eating on 'old points' - I think that probably comes down to the free fruit and veg I guess.

Anyway, have a lovely Tuesday afternoon. xxx

Hello Nik - you're welcome to my 'diet world' any time ;)! I still don't understand these propoints - I could have managed easily on 19 points today I reckon. I will be amazed if I lose anything this week I really will!

Have a great Wednesday.

Hahaha! Look at your menu's!! They are bursting at the seams I tell ya! Only a couple of days left until D-Day! :D xxx

Ha Ha - it will be my clothes bursting at the seams with all the food i've been eating Nik! I'm a bit scared of WI to be honest, I may put it off until Monday when I've been on the new plan for a full week ;). How much damage can I do in a week?

Have a great Thursday.
