Thank you Jen. I love oatcakes, as you can probably tell! I have very strange tastes in food - I love spicey foods but I also really love some quite bland foods i.e. oatcakes!

Having quite a nice weekend thanks, hope you are too.

I always count ironing as an activity to weight loss, apparently, it suppsed to be something like 60 cals burned per hour (that's probably why I keep track of my time) - So you could be super slim by the end of the week with the amount you have ;)

Hope the get together has been good. Enjoy your Sunday. xxx

That's great news then Nik 'cause I've done a load of washing today so shall have some more ironing tomorrow! Twiggy will look enormous next to me ;).

I have had a mini disaster today, while hoovering I managed to suck the 'k' key off my laptop! I was giving the keyboard a bit of a clean and it must have been loose. Strangle thing is, I can't find the ruddy key anywhere in the hoover bag! So please excuse any spelling errors - I have to press really hard on the little thing left to get it to print a k!

Evening went very well thanks, though I did have wine so must try and cut back on my snacks during the week to make up for it.

Hope you've had a good day - have a lovely Sunday :)

Urghh, I would be going mad at not having a key on the laptop. I hoovered up Aisha little ring the other week and had to go through the contents of the hoover. Luckily, it's a bagless see through jobby, so I could actually see it in there, and I hadn't long emptied it so not to much to delve through.

Have a great Sunday with more ironing, if you make Twiggy look like a chubster, what do we call you? Twiggyer?

xxx

Afternoon Nik, am still k-less and it's quite irritating - I shall have to try and avoid using words with that letter in!

It's a beautiful day here - hope it's as nice down there. Enjoy the rest of your day/evening.

Lesley. I put that book in my bag this morning, all wrapped up, all addressed. Then this afternoon, Aisha pulled it out my bag. Duh! Will post it tomorrow! :)

Hope you have had a lovely day. xxx

Don't worry Nik, it's not a problem. I do things like that all the time! Thank you again for sending it.

Hope you've had a nice day. Have a great Tuesday.

Hi Rachael, it's a long way to travel but you are welcome to tea anytime!

What a shame that you missed the post office - never mind, you have it to look forward to now! It's annoying though isn't it! Hope they come in useful.

My missing button is a real nuisance, sometimes I just can't get it to type anything, then other times it will - hence I'm using the * instead sometimes when using this laptop - will have to come on either early in the morning or at lunchtime from work and change all my *'s :D - I would laugh if it was somebody else too!! :p

Have a lovely Tuesday.

Edit: all *'s changed to k's now!

Haha @ the '*' - really funny!

RedPam's diary is quite funny at the minute as she is having problems with her 'f' - which is more easier for her to swear I guess ;)

Have a great day L. xxx

Hi Nik - k sorted, I managed to fix the little thing that is under the keys so that although I am still k-less, at least I can type it now! It was a real struggle typing last night trying to avoid words with a k in - I gave up before I could visit Kals, it was just too difficult to explain why I was saying hi '*als'!

Hope you have had a good day. Half my week done now, yippeeee! Have a happy Wednesday:D.

Afternoon Lesley.

I've just remembered - I still haven't posted that bloody book! Arghh, I'm so dumb! Will promise to do it first thing Monday morning... Double promise in fact!

A STS is still good and glad you are happy with it, will make up for it next week... And that's another double promise :p

Have a great weekend with whatever you have planned. xxx

Hi Nik - don't worry, really. I have had a letter in my bag since Tuesday that I wanted to send recorded delivery (it's to the tax office and they always conveniently never receive any of my letters) it's still in my bag now and I have even walked past the post office today and still forgot to go in!

Am OK about the STS, as long as it's not going to be the start of another 6 weeks plateau! Will have to try extra hard this week me thinks!

Have a great weekend - we are painting the woodwork on the stairs today (well Mark is and I am 'supervising':D)! Tomorrow we are off to a chinese/indian eat as much as you like so that will test my willpower properly!

Catch you soon.

Thanks for popping in . No bits missed Kals, totally down to my excellent supervising skills of course ;). Painting is a nightmare with 2 dogs to try and keep away from the paint! Our cocker spaniel (who is blind now), would get paint on him if you were painting the ceiling! True to form, we have 3 paint paw prints on the living room carpet - fortunately we are getting it up and having wooden flooring after the winter so I'm not too bothered!

I hope next week does bring another loss, even it's a little one - I admit I am a bit paranoid about STS after my last prolonged experience of them!

Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
