Good luck for Wi! I think ur fine and will get a brill result, will not smoking effect ur Wi in the next few weeks?
 
I'm sure you will get a great result again- you should maybe try using some more weeklies than that though especially since you do so much exercise! As well as giving you "treats" they also bump up your calorie intake up a little to ensure that you are eating enough as weight loss actually slows down if you don't eat enough to fuel your body! X
 
Thanks girls :) I plan on increasing my food intake a little after 4 weeks but to be honest I am always full on what I'm eating right now so it might just be a portion of nuts every day or something. Having lunch now..chickpea salad.. :)
 
Just remember more Cals doesn't have to b more food! Orange juice would b a good way of getting extra Cals! I think ur eating enough, if ur full ur full!
 
U don't snack much? Do u not crave chocolate, ice cream etc?
 
I'm not snacking much right now but that's only because I'm wrapped up in the motivation of the first few weeks. I suspect the cravings will start very soon. Having said that though I am good at staying very strict with myself when I'm 'in the zone' mentally. There have been other times when I have stayed completely 100% dieting for months, having a treat only one night per week but then again other times when I've had a treat every day during a diet. I'm listening to my body right now, if it's not asking for it I won't have it. On Sunday OH had a McDonalds in the car whilst I was driving. It smelled amazing..I was really desperate for some fries and eventually I asked for one but when he gave it to me I smelled it and handed it back..a little voice telling me that having that one fry would lead to too much more! I was proud of myself for that but I don't intend being this strict long term as that's not realistic. For one thing usually I drink a lot more alcohol, I'm just having some time away from that right now while I can before the Summer of Hen's and Weddings begins.

Treat night tonight though, last week I had a crunchie..but I'm feeling more like a Mars bar tonight and perhaps a small bit of meringue & ice-cream...Hope the wi puts me in a good mood!!!!

Well done on knowing what works for you right now though having read this I now fancy a marsbar lol

When I had the crunchie it was the last day of week1, I did have enough points (5pp) for it but but didn't really care as it was the last day. Tonight I'm planning on having enchilladas for dinner so will prob spend some pp on cheese but I should still have enough for the choc, though Mars bars are fairly high if I remember rightly. There's a thread here in the WW forum somewhere with the pp for all the choc stuff, I'll have a look later :)
 
Yeah I think snickers r high too! I think mars is 8pp? But not sure

Well I just weighed in at 12st 8.2lbs..that a loss of just 1.8lbs but in a meeting that would be called 2! It's not what I hoped for but a loss is a loss at the end of the day so I'm going to be happy about it. My body has been hit with a big change in the past two weeks and it will take a while for it to adjust, I'm sure after a few weeks the weight loss will settle down. Anyway I measured myself and I've lost 6cm since last Tuesday so I'm happy with that :)

I did just have a small portion of lasagne....but I was hungry and it was yummy. I'll adjust my dinner accordingly ;)
