It's difficult to say what I've lost Sarah. The first time I weighed myself I read the scales at 13st 4lbs..then last week the scales read 12st 10lbs. I know there's no way I had lost 8lbs in a week so I figured I must have read the scales wrong the first time. It's all been a bit mixed up but how and ever I'm happy to keep going..that's the challenge of dieting, some weeks there'll be increases, some losses..the difficult thing is sticking to it ;) and I intend to do that no matter what!

Week 2 Day 7

B - porridge
S - 1/2 banana
L - chickpea salad, carrot, cucumber, 1/2 banana, yogurt
S - lasagne (5)
D - chicken fajitas (2-cheese)
S - ice-cream & meringue (8), crunchie (5)

Exercise - Shred D10, 30min treadmill walk

Weekly PP - 50/49 1pp over the limit but not going to stress it ;)

I ate a lot more this evening than I had intended. It was a very stressful evening in the end and I think that led to good old comfort eating but I was aware of it and did stop myself from stuffing my face so I'm not going to worry about it..just going to focus on week 3!

Feeling a bit 'blah' today. I didn't manage to have any breakfast apart from an apple and my lunch wasn't great today (4th day of chickpea salad..thank God it's gone now!). I've thought about smoking a bit but thankfully I haven't been really tempted to go buy some. I think I'll be okay with the smoking thing until I have to go out some night. I don't really know what's wrong with me to be honest, I just want to get on with the week or something. I allowed myself to sleep in this morning because I have an injury on one leg and I wanted to give it a rest. Unfortunately now it looks like I won't be home tonight until very late so I'll be doing my Shred and jogging very very late! And I had planned on having chicken stir fry tonight but OH ate it all when he got home in the middle of the night so looks like a medley of veg will be my tea :) God, I seem to be very grumpy today..maybe I need more water!! ;)
 
Oh no I'm sorry ur not feeling great! Well done on resisting a smoke tho!

I think ur getting to the point of the plan where things start feeling tough! It's just a test to see if u can stick to it! After a fee days u will b over that and find it much much easier! Keep it up, it will b so worth it in the end!
 
And don't worry about exercise today if u will b home late! Plus if u have an injury I should keep it light with the exercise at the mo!
 
I agree with Sarah, if your leg is injured it would maybe be best to leave the exercise just for today. And if you have only had fruit for breakfast and chickpea salad for lunch I would suggest having something a bit more substantial than stirfried veg for tea. Especially if you are feeling a bit down today - don't make things harder for yourself than they need to be, would be my advice.
 
Yup agree with the others plenty yummy comforting food options for no or low points :) and a day off exercise would be well deserved and prevent injuring it further. X

I'm just finished my dinner (very late I know but couldn't be helped). It was a rough day but I think I felt worse because of stopping smoking, it messes with your emotions so much and I'm fairly sure that's why I was off today. Hopefully tomorrow will be easier. Anyway, I did have a treat this evening which is very unlike me but I allowed it. I don't have any plans for the weekend so I don't mind.

Week 3 Day 1

B - Apple

S - carrot, cucumber, apple
D - cauliflower, sweet potato, pea, cous cous, dry fried egg, lf laughing cow
S - meringue & ice cream (5)

Onwards and upwards for the rest of the week :)
 
Ice done well today! Having a treat is totally fine, when I'm on plan I usually allow 4pp for a cornetto in the evening and that seemed to keep me going!

I've had a very busy day today but home now and I just had the most delicious dinner..just have to have a rest now and then hit the treadmill. My dinner was from an old WW book and it was a Core recipe..Pan Fried Chicken with Peas and Bacon...and I threw in some chilli and other veg too..for a dinner that was so simple to make and took no time at all it was yum..and OH helped make it and so now he can make it when it's his turn to cook :)
