For now.. Just need to bottle this and keep it for the times when I'm just reaching for the bad foods in excess!!
Finding it easier as its nice weather so wanting to eat salads and such! Cx

Trying a bit more variety in my diet, going to try a green day today, the weather is stunning and I'm red hot in work - just had a calippo (5syns) and oh myy, it was worth every syn!!
