Breakfast - Oatbran porridge, 2 black coffees
Lunch - Salmon & prawns, black coffee
Dinner - Turkey & 1/2 tub cottage cheese
Snack - sf jelly & turkey slices

yup tins are tightly shut.... sellotaped up to the hilt so by the time i got them opened the notion would have worn off LOL

think thats me well and trully back on the wagon... had the funny legs and dizzyness yesterday and constant loo trips... i feel all fuzzy inside.... dont think it can be a 3rd day of a hangover LOL
Have woke up late again today... was just about to get dressed when my stud owner friend rang... big mistake answering as shes on the phone for hours lol so ive ended up with no breakfast again BUT I have kinda ended up with a pointer puppy have to speak to hubby first and let her meet my 2 but im so excited as ive wanted one of her puppys for ages but everytime shes had a litter ive not had the money and because shes been returned by her owner she just wants a nice home for her

Just made my first savoury gallette .... nom nom nom what a nice change with a wee bit extra light philly & smoked salmon.... think im in love with this... hubby even had a wee nibble and wanted the eat the rest but it was mines all mines haha

wednesday 11th january PP up way too late for breakfast so brunch it was

Brunch - 3 slices lean bacon all fat removed & burnt to a crisp, omellette made with 1 egg & 1 white, 2 black coffees
Dinner - extra lean mince, sf jelly
snacks - turkey slices, savoury gallette topped with extra light philly & smoked salmon,

managed to drag myself out of bed earlier today... think im going to have to start getting up with hubby at 4.30am so imn at least tired when we go to bed at 9.30 pm lay away quite a bit of the nite yet again then fall asleep after hes gone to work... not good. he said last nite hes gonna start going to bed at 8.30 .... bleedin nora ill never sleep at that time... told him if that happens im having my own room LOL

wet and windy here again.... think instead of breeding horses im gonna start a wind farm up here LOL looking forard to lunch and dinner today have searched the boxes that are still unpacked for the WII .... once the controllers are charged i may have a go on my wii fit.... it will get a shock at my weight as not been on it since i was 16 stone lol have also got zumba thats not even been out the box yet

Ahhh a new puppy - nothing more exciting! Hope he/she fits in with your other two - your hubby must be well used to you adding to the menagerie - if your like me the more the merrier!!! Glad to hear the sellotape has been put to good use on the Roses tins. I seriously don't think I could have them in the house..
Last night I went to the premier of War Horse(I loved the book and the play and the film was good but not totally amazing though so stunning scenes - I managed NOT to cry) and they were giving away Tyrells popcorn and had tins of Quality Street on the table!!! ARGH - there was a moment when I was offered the bag that I SOOOOO wanted to say yes but I resisted and the moment passed but it's sly ones like that that getyou!!!!LOL!!Hope you have another cracking day Ellie and that the wobbly legs etc have gone! BTW I bet it was your body recovering from alcohol poisioning!!! LOL x

LOL no i seem to get jelly legs when i kick start the diet and wake up sweaty .... thankfully yesterday was much easier and i really enjoyed my savoury gallette with philly & smoked salmon yummm.... im so hoping the puppy works out and hubby says yes... unfortunately cos weve moved i can just go and pick her up and add her without him knowing like i usually do as its a 6 hour round trip , but Ive wanted a GSP for soooo long and now have the space to get one and dont have to try and find £700 to pay for her lol .... he's used to me selling one horse and replacing it with 2 LOL

He had the roses out after dinner last night.... so i told him politely not to leave them out and to tape the blighters back up hehe

Love the puppy - have resisted getting another dog since I am away so much through the summer showing and although 'it' would be fine on the farm I just feel I have enough on my plate!!!! Love the cocker spaniel puppy - adorable. I had a basenji - they don't bark but yoddle and she was hilarious - very like a cat...... I miss her soooooo much. WELL done for resisting the Roses - hubby needs to eat them quickly and get them out the way - well done for being back on track Ellie - can be hard to do after a bit of a break - I struggled so much after that blimmin toffee vodka!!!! I am sure you could manage a sneaky six hour round trip without hubby noticing - set him a V important task that only he can do to keep him occupied - he'll never notice! LOL.

the dogs come with us to shows.... The cocker had just had her 2nd jabs before the royal highland last summer so came with us.... took an age to do anything at the show as so many ppl wanted to stop and speak to her lol

Do you always do Royal Highland? We normally do - didn't go this year- but it is one of our favourite shows of the year (that and Border Union though it takes us nearly 8 hours in the lorry)- mind you staying in a caravan by Edinburgh airport runway is fun!!!LOL and it's no wonder they call it the windy city- if we go this year we should meet up for a natter!!! We do the private driving classes and are usually there from Thurs till the end of the show!!! Do you compete or just go for the social? LOVE the main ring there. Also my family is all there so it's a great excuse to catch up! I don't think my boss could cope if I took a dog along - he just about copes with my 3 yr old on v odd occasions when he can't stay at home with Daddy! A dog might just push the balance over! I am hoping to compete a new horse this year for the first time - it will be a bit of a shock to the system to be back in the show ring but hopefully I will be able to fit into a lovely ELEGANT outfit instead of anything that fits!!! LOLx

yes we do the royal highland every year, just the inhand classes on the friday but sometimes go for the jolly other days if i can wangle free tickets lol. This year the connies have their own classes which is great as they are totally different to fells and dales LOL

eta we have a house 30-40 mins from the show ground where we will be staying

Glad you have breed classes - hard to judge against other breeds isn't it. Will be sure to come and watch the class!!! As I say I love the show and there is always so much to do!!! Not bad socially either. Looks like you had a good Dukan day yesterday hope today was a good one. I tried out Lady Mahayla's creamy salmon which was amazing!!! Defo one to repeat and it means I have added another recipe to my v limited menu choices!!! Looking forward to having it again soon! Is weigh in tomorrow for you? If so good luck and have a great weekend!

Yes it was just the 2lbs I put back on but pleased with that as had transit issues all week with restarting and it's totm typically after weigh in and breakfast I had the much needed loo visit lol

Caved into a handful of quality street last night... So angry with myself but now that it's totm hopefully I can keep on the straight and narrow
