Emma's Baby weight has got to go

Well I was a norty girl yesterday.............
Went out to lunch with my fella and ate EVERYTHING

Loaded Jacket potato skins (with cheese and bacon and a BBQ sauce)
A chicken new yorker (A grilled chicken breast fillet, skinless, topped with cheese and bacon on grilled peppers and onions) with a jacket potato and MORE bbq sauce
I even had dessert, A triple choc waffle......a toasted waffle, topped with vanilla and chocolate ice cream , chocolate sauce and grated chocolate flake.........I did leave some of it

It was my special little treat to myself for completing Half of my 30 day shred.............yep I made it to day 15........... Will I live to regret it.......Who knows !

I'll still be knocking around, you never know I might change my mind next week, but need to try something new because I've been messing about losing and gaining the same few pounds for the last couple of months :( x

I find my weight loss has slowed considerably now.....One maintaining week followed by a loss, followed by a gain, followed by a loss but I'm not disheartened.....Took me a lifetime to put all this one and it might just take a lifetime to get it all off again but hey, thats the journey

Diet coke chicken and rice

Breakfast:
Boiled eggs and Mini Melba (0.5)

Cheese and Ham wholemeal roll, Banana and Pizza flavour crisps (3.5)

Dinner:
Mince (extra lean) and 'Tatties' (loads of Onions, peppers)
Cadbury's light chocolate pudding (3)
Item from the grazebox (a cheesey bready thing) (4)

Hea: Cheese
Heb: Wholemeal roll/mince

I've leapt from my bed this morning and Completed day 18 of the 30 day shred...............I love the feeling I get lacing up my trainers knowing I am being proactive about not only my weight but my fitness levels.....and I've really started to feel the difference.....The weekly shop doesn't feel so heavy lol
My endurance levels have definitely increased...........Its a good feeling....better than any feeling I've gotten from a chocolate bar

My size 18 jeans got all saggy and baggy and people kept commenting on my lack of shape
so
I went out and bought a new pair of 16s
Can you see a difference now ?​

Wholemeal Muffin with 2 fried eggs, Baked beans and quorn sausages (2)

Its Weigh In Day

Weigh in Day seems to come around so much quicker these days

Its one week and counting to my daughter's christening and I really wanna be 12 something (even if its only 12 stone 13 and 3/4lbs lol)
Really need a good loss this week so I can give myself a fighting chance for next saturday

I PASSED THE 2.5 STONE MARK....................I have now lost 2 stone and 8lbs............... Thats 36lbs in total
I gone from a size 24 to a 16............I've accomplished mini goal after mini goal.............think I need to come up with some new ones lol


I am so pleased.............

Still completing Jillian Michaels 30 Day shred.............day 19 (L2).....just one more day and I can say goodbye level 2, hello Level 3 (I hate planks so I hope there's none in L3) :character00115:

Friday Night I got to be the belle of the ball with My partner and my Daughters
t a Formal Awards ceremony at the Brent Town Hall in London
I was a size 24 back in feb 2012
Now I'm 16-18 and over 2 stone lighter
I haven't reached my overall target yet but I do feel so much healthier and Happier

Been a crazy time here..............just a few more days till my baby girl's christening, talk about stress.....my hair is literally falling out (No I'm not pulling it lol)
New dress hanging up ready to be worn......just hope it fits now
