Emma's Baby weight has got to go

More than 5 yrs ago I was a size 16 (weight lost due to poor health rather than diet and exercise)............Its didn't last, so all the size 16s were put in an old suitcase and when I moved house, they were stuffed up in the loft...............In hope that I would one day wear them again.

Well today is that day
Everything fits.....the trousers, the shorts (3/4 lengths) tops and cardigans
and you know what ?

Out of a WHOLE suitcase of clothes.....I only like 3 items lol............ The other things just aren't 'ME' anymore, so I'm gonna put them on ebay, give them away (sell them on this FB site I've come across)

Well whether I wear them or not, I still managed to slim into them, so I have achieved another of my mini goals
 
Wednesday food

Breakfast
Boiled eggs and mini melba (salad cream 1)

Lunch
Ham and cheese Wholemeal Sandwich
3 satsumas

Alpen light (3)

Dinner:
Meatfree Meatballs (1) with wholemeal Spag (sauce made from passata, onions, sweetcorn, mixed peppers)
Melon

Icecream and half a curly wurly (6)

Hea: Cheese
Heb: Wholemeal bread/ham

That's fab.

Its so funny what you said. I've got a few bags in the loft of clothes that use to fit. And I cleared my loft the other day and looked through the bag and I thought exactly the same. I don't think I would wear any of them as there from years ago. But I have just put them back in the loft just so I can one day fit in them. And when I do I will get rid of them.lol.xx

How cool going to see the Olympic torch , I never got round to seeing it here in Bristol as I was at work. But it seems like ages ago it was here.enjoy!!

Thats the great thing about being in London, we get it right at the end, when everyone is all geared up for the big day.............was so much fun. A moment in History.............One that won't be repeated in my lifetime !!!

2 Fake wholemeal muffins Macdonald style (sausage 1 quorn burger 1 BBQ sauce 1) with scrambled egg

COMPLETED 30 DAY SHRED

Today I completed the 30 day shred and I have to say............It's a killer but the results are plain to see :crazy:

In 30 days I have lost 7lbs in weight and a total of 18 INCHES........(5 from my waist and 4 from my Bum) :clap:

I'm taking the weekend off to rest my knees (Level three was a lot of jumping and Squatting and now they are a bit sore and feel weak) then Monday I am starting a Brand New Jillian Workout called

Says you can lose up to 5lbs a week...........Might be just what I need to push myself into the next weight bracket :scale:

I've added a little table of my results to show that I lost everywhere, not just from my waist lol..........can you imagine....I'd have disappeared entirely


OH and a picture of the dress I bought myself as a treat for being so good

Wholemeal Muffin with quorn burger(0.5)/cheese and egg

Dinner:
Jacket pot with cheese, ham and Salad (thousand island dressing 1)
Herby bread basket from graze box (4)

galaxy flute (5.5)
too many rich tea fingers (mindless chomping while watching opening ceremony)

Hea: Cheese
Heb: Wholemeal Muffin/ham

TOTAL.......Definitely more than my syns.....damn biscuits
 
Tomorrow is my weigh in and I have really tried this week to avoid the norty things but I have made some norty mistakes this week too.....not eating breakfast, not drinking enough water and over indulging on the POP (Diet versions but still).

I'm hoping for a loss that will carry me into the next weight bracket (1 and a quarter lbs)

Was so busy yesterday that I forgot to post lol

Well it was a 1lb loss for me..........Making me 13 stone exactly
Any loss this week will take me into the next weight bracket

I am now 1 STONE from target.

I had originally hoped to lose 3 stone by the time I was due to go away for the summer, Ok I know I'm not off to sunny climes like Greece or Oz, its just a fortnight in the caravan in Skeggy but I wanted to be fit and trim to enjoy the great british seaside with my kids.......... I wanted to be comfy enough to wear my swimsuit on the beach and not feel nervous or anxious that people are looking at me
I am due to go away in 2 wks and I am 4lbs away from that target..........

I've finished my 30 day shred and started a new dvd by Jillian Michaels called Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism..... I'm hoping it will help with the inches too

Just off camping. Maybe Wales. We bought a trailer tent last night. Well my hubby and dad went to look at one while I was at work and now it's in my garage.lol.xx

I'll be in a caravan in Skegness for 2 weeks (I couldn't do camping..........I'd be terrified of bugs in my sleeping bag and I'd get no sleep lol)
I've got 10 days to go and nothing is packed............though I have had to buy all new stuff for me coz nothing from last year fits.....so its all in carrier bags waiting to go into the case
My eldest is going away this weekend on a sports activity residential (Its one of those camps where they do all rock climbing and obstacle courses) so I will try to get some of this stuff done
