Emma's Baby weight has got to go

Well my walk in the sunshine was lovely, then I hopped on my mum's brand spanking new treadmill...........its ace, wish I had the room for one, I'd be on it all the time (used to love them when i used them at the gym).............so I'm gonna try n jump on it every chance I pop round, extra body magic ;)

My new dress has arrived for my partner's formal nxt friday and it FITS !! (had to get a size 18 as I'm rather big in the boob department when it comes to clothes from NEXT)..........Very pleased with it, I just hope he likes it now !!

Been to morrisons and bought some more Quorn Burgers............. Having 2 with egg and beans for my late lunch.....
 
Tuesday food

Breakfast:
2 alpen lights

Lunch:
2 quorn burgers (1) boiled eggs and baked beans

Dinner:
jacket pot with cheese, beans, ham n eggs
Freddo (5)

Well when I have a blow out I do it big

I ate everything in sight at harvesters last night, including 2 trips to the salad bar (with crunchy munchy toppings, coleslaw and dressings)
I ate ribs and chicken (including the skin) deep fried chips and a massive dessert with cream (which I scooped off) a wafer (which I left on my plate) a ton of cornish ice cream and warm chocolate cake in a sundae style...............I couldn't eat it all............I was stuffed.

I practically waddled home

Feel a bit sluggish today so I'm going out in the sunshine for a walk with Caitlin in her buggy, hope it will perk me up

I'm knackered in a way I have never been before..............Why ?............... Because I have just completed Day one (level one) of the 30 day Shred (dvd)

Someone has stolen my kneecaps and replaced them with jelly, My shoulders are achy and tired but I'm determined to stick with it
I've taken my measurements and I guess its a case of watch this space

Oh my word it is blooming hot here in London today......

I've been to sports day (Missed out on the Mummy race because I was feeding Caitlin, Missed it last year too coz I was pregnant with her and they wouldn't let me run)
My daughter won all her races, excellent morning spent in the sunshine and she was a brilliant sportswoman, cheering on her friends. I was proud

Did day two of the 30 Day Shred and I swear I am absolutely KNACKERED...............My legs are so heavy, No one said I would need to fit a stannah stairlift to get me to bed at night. I'm walking around like Frankenstein (I can't bend from the knee lol)
I feel fine in the mid section but my shoulders and the front of my thighs are killing me................... Why did I do this to myself, Please....someone tell me
 
The pain goes about day4or 5, so if you can exercise on top of the pain you will be fine, and if you can stick it out, it's suppose to deliver amazing results, people have lost loads of inches doing it, but even though it's under 30 mins a day, it's soooo hard. Well done for completing day 2 :) x

People keep telling me that day 4 is the magic day when Pain just goes away......... I exercised today and My lord I was sweating.....Sod the trackie bottoms and trainers, I needed googles and a rubber ring lol
I'm hoping to shift a few inches on my thighs and butt (I've got a size 16 waist but my butt is still an 18 so Need a belt for all my trousers....I can get the 16s on but they are sooooo tight on my thighs and bum and I wouldn't dare to be seen in them in public lol)

Tomorrow is another day and I am not giving up, Paul is doing the shred too so its GAME ON in our house.....All measurements taken and we are quite competitive so I guess we will just have to see who comes out on top lol

Well today is gonna have to be a flexi day coz I have eaten some really bad things
Went bowling.....No healthy option on the menu so I had the KINGPIN BURGER (4oz burger, white bun, BBQ sauce, Cheese, Bacon and onion rings) and 1/2 portion of fries
THEN
I had a Twix Mcflurry and half a buttery croissant

I did manage a healthy boiled eggs and mini melba toast brekkie with 2 satsumas
2 bananas and then a further 2 satsumas for a snack
and I had beef stir fry and noodles for dinner

I still have a choccie pudding to devour....I hate to think of the syns involved
and Weigh in is TOMORROW

On the plus side I did complete day 4 of the shred

I GAINED A POUND

Bugger

Its my first gain but There are two possible reasons for it
1. I ate loads of rubbish yesterday and brought it on myself :(
2. I am now on day 5 of the 30 day shred and its only a temporary weight gain from water retention

Either way it still makes you feel a bit down when you look at the scales
So
I decided to concentrate on the tape measure (I know its only been 5 days but I thought it might cheer me up

Arms - STS
Bust -1 inch
Upper Waist: -2 inches
Lower waist: -2 inches
thighs: -0.5 off one/-1.5 off the other
Hips: -3 inches

Now that 1lb gain doesn't feel so bad:clap:
