It's Weigh In Day

OMG OMG

:wee::wee::wee:I've lost 3.5 lbs this week:wee::wee::wee:

I've finally got my 3 stone award !!!!!

I now weigh 12 stone 7lbs................down from 15st 10lbs

total loss 45lbs.............................

an argos catalogue weighs the same as 1 stone...........so I have lost 9 catalogues (and the index from a 10th lol)

thats incredible when you think about it like that, I can barely carry a couple of them down the road when the new ones come out and yet I was carrying 9 of them on my body every day

Been shopping with my mum today (who has also lost over a stone in weight herself recently healthy eating and exercising.....it seems I have inspired and motivated others without really trying)............... I was thrilled to find I could now buy leggings in a size 14..............and I nearly fell into weepy tears in the fitting room when I needed 12/14 PJs

Its been a hell of a day and I've grinned all day long

today is my rest day from Jillian's Body Revolution programme but I am back on it tomorrow..........and the weird thing is.........I can't wait lol

Wow Emma, you have done amazing, wish i was 12st 7, i can remember when we were both trying to get our 2st's and now you've got your third, and i owe 2lb to get my 2st back. I really need to stop messing about and get on and do the bloody diet, I've tried my bikinis on for our hol, and i could cry, really wish id not messed about for months and had got my weight off. Well done you superstar.xxx
 
hey babe....there is still time.....you could get a fair chunk off in the next 2 weeks if you really knuckle down and make some good food choices........

stressing won't help though.....that can actually make you gain weight.....so chill, enjoy your food and think soon you will be off somewhere sunny while the rest of us are freezing here in the uk lol

Yeah im trying lol lost over 3 stone altogeva but at sw nearly at my 2 stone award :)

congrats Emma..........losing 3 stone is no mean feat......... I know....3st 3lbs down and 7 more lbs to go
 
on to the 2nd week of the Body revolution
completed workout 1 and even used heavier weights............definitely gave it 100% and felt good when it was all done.

My fella has just taken the fit test for Shaun Ts Insanity..................It looks.........well...insane................I'll definitely be sticking with my Jillian dvds lol

diet coke chicken with rice

Supper:
Alpen light/ 3 wholegrain crackerbread with cheese and ham (3)
hazelnut options with marshmallow fluff and grated chocolate (5)

HEA: Cheese
HEB: Alpen Lights/wholegrain crackerbread + chicken

When I started the 30 day shred, I joined a FB group called 30 day shredders..............that was back in July.............Today they made me ADMIN to the group...........I guess I'm doing something right lol

Breakfast:
banana
scrambled egg and beans

Lunch:
3 wholegrain cracker breads with cheese and ham (2)
alpen light
banana

Dinner:
Chicken breast fillet with BBQ and breadcrumbs (3) with oven roasted potatoes (in skins) with various veg and extra BBQ sauce (1)

mini oreos (6)

HEA: cheese
HEB: chicken/wholegrain crackerbreads and alpen light

TOTAL 12 syns

Lunch:
scrambled egg and beans (this is so becoming my lazy person's meal)
alpen light

another bowl of scrambled egg and beans (before swimming)
cadbury's brunch bar (after swimming 8 syns)

Dinner:
garlic chicken, mash and mushy peas

Supper:
3 wholegrain crackerbreads with cheese and ham (0.5)

HEA cheese
HEB chicken and wholegrain crackerbreads/alpen light

Total 8.5 syns

Thats brill :) i love swimming i started off like u n now im up 2 60 :) use to be able to do 100 but it was all breast stroke ive now upped it 2 front crawl :)

Omg it was amazing......made in an oven roasting bag.....it was gorgeous
add some cheese to the Mash Sarah and you have yummy scrummy cheesy mash too.............add mint to the mushy peas for a variation on the meal too

I love to swim, gave it up when my weight got out of control and then it was impossible to swim with the kids, so I just bobbed in the water lol
I'm building it up slowly, I only have so much time as its a short session (women only) but I'm managing to get the 26 done in 30 mins so I'm happy with that
