Morning Emma,
Well done on the swimming, im rubbish at it. Hope you have a nice weekend.x

I love to swim, used to swim as part of a team and for various charities as a teen but life and my weight got in the way.
Swimming with the kids is just me bobbing beside them in the water, so this was quite energetic in comparison, looking forward to it on wednesday
Still doing my Jillian DVDs and now my fella does boxercise workouts with me at weekends..........My arms are so sore today.....like lead weights

Really want that lb off this week to reach 3 stone off but was feeling poorly yesterday and down in the dumps and my fella came home with a huge bunch of flowers, a bottle of WKD Purple and chinese
I ate EVERYTHING......Boiled rice, chow mein, pork and mixed veg and a Pancake roll..........Drank a 1/3 of the bottle and then suddenly decided I wanted to workout lol...........so he put me through some serious paces and got me all sweaty......kept looking him in the eye thinking 'you will not break me' still have shaky arms this morning lol

weigh in tomorrow
wish me luck

Good luck with the weigh in today. I'm sure you will do fine.

Hope your not aching too much.xx

It's Weigh In Day

Looks like I'm paying for that chinese and booze............I've weighed in and, despite being small, its still a loss

1/2 LB

Oh well its 1/2 lb less than I was last week, so I still need the other half lb to get my 3 stone award

The scales have not been my friend recently but the tape measure has been, I continue to lose inches and drop dress sizes, the compliments are rolling in and I know I will get there evenutally

Going to have a look through my old food diaries and look for a week when I had a good loss and see if I can repeat it

On to a new week (we may have to change our weigh in day to a friday due to commitments at the weekend so this could be a very short week)

MONDAY'S FOOD

BREAKFAST:
banana

Lunch:
none

Dinner:
Pork casserole (potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic ) made in the slow cooker

SUPPER:
6 Wholegrain cracker crispbreads topped with egg mayo (4)
half a galaxy flute (3)

HEA:
HEB: PORK/wholegrain crackerbreads

TOTAL 7 syns

Been busy for the last 2 days doing my new workout dvd. Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. Crazy woman that I am, I decided to KICK START my programme which means doing 2 workouts a day for the first week (6 days on and sunday as a day of rest)...........My arms are like lead weights today and even turning the steering wheel of my car was murder.....even with power steering.
Hoping that this new workout (which lasts 90 days) will help to tone up the flabby bits that are left behind when I reach target.....already I have lost inches using the Shred and BFBM (lost 10.5 inches in 2 weeks with that dvd)
I find its my flabby bits keeping me in the bigger sizes so with any luck, this new regime will get me in to the size 14s

Tuesday's Food

Breakfast:
BANANA

Lunch:
scrambled egg and beans
my attempt at a smash based pizza with cheese and tomato

Dinner:
Beef stew with Smash

HEA: cheese

You're not wrong. I'm doing Jillian Michaels 90 day body Revolution and loving it...... 4 days into now and feeling good. Hoping to tone up the flabby bits and help shed those stubborn pounds

just 1/2lb off my 3 stone award but been chasing it for 3 weeks (seem to be losing it much more slowly now) so the exercise should help

Loving the swimming, its great exercise but also a bit of 'Me' time........which is cool

Hi, im doing rubbish again Emma, I've quit the sw group i go to and when i text the consultant she said she was quitting doing it from October and she's been a leader for 10yrs, i can't decide how to lose this weight and im fed up with struggling, wish i could just get my head round it. Awwww come on babe....You know I've done it from home since day one and If I can do it then anyone can, you just have to find a reason to shift the weight that really motivates you................for me it was a photo taken on my birthday (i saw myself as others must see me and I didn't like it.........I wanted more for my kids and thats what keeps me motivated everyday)
When I'm sweating my ass off with Jillian's workouts I keep telling myself I'm doing it for them and I push through the pain

I hope you can find the reason that will help you............. you CAN do it, it is possible.......I'm here to support you
How much do you still have to lose to meet your own personal target ?

Thanks Emma,

I am weighing myself in the morning and going to try and start from there, even though the oven is broke im going to try and get started, the hob works and ive got an actifry so i can do it if i try, I've bought 2 jars of dolmio & some extra lean mince so could make a bolognese and if i try and get back on sw i could syn the sauce because Carl doesn't like the homemade sauce i make, then Sunday i could dryfry some meat and boil some potatoes & veg up to make a Sunday dinner, thanks for your encouragement i need it, its 2 week on Tuesday to our hol and i would like half a stone off if i could. Thanks Emma.xx

You can do it Sarah, Just remember why you decided to start in the first place....... don't worry about how long it takes to come off as long as it does come off and it will come off............. the alternative is to go the other way and continue to gain and no one wants that

Once again a trip to my folks has seen me go over my syns

half a white baguette filled with tuna and peppers, cucumber and mayo (syns unknown)
a brunch bar (7.5)
a choc chip muesli bar (4.5)

I have managed to eat a banana and an orange whilst there and limited my drinks to diet pepsi and tea

Gonna make a syn free (if possible) dinner
and then spend a further 5 syns on my new healthy pop corn which I got through from GRAZE
