Emma's Baby weight has got to go

Having a better food day today.
Managed to find time for breakfast and lunch today
Not massive meals but enough to keep me going (feel very tired and sluggish today but thats what you get when you stay up til 1.30am and get up at 6.30)

Planning quorn burgers in wholemeal rolls for dinner with salad............ saving my syns for tonight when I snuggle up to watch Supernatural
 
Wednesday's food

Breakfast:
2 boiled eggs and mini melba (0.5)
banana

Lunch:
Jacket pot, Cheese and Beans

Dinner:
Wholemeal roll with quorn burgers (2) And Salad

Supper:
Velvet crunch crisps (4)
Curly wurly (6)
Mini orreos (6)

Wholemeal fried egg roll

HEA: CHEESE
HEB: wholemeal rolls

TOTAL 18.5 (I got the munchies BIG TIME :( )
 
After taking yesterday off from exercise, I was back into my BFBM dvd this morning and with my eldest now back at school (and going on the school bus) I was done and dusted by 9.30.
Took Caitlin out in her buggy to do a bit of shopping and stopped off at Subway for a Salad Bowl.....I was a good girl (even with my Father sat in front of me munching away on a 6inch turkey breast and turkey ham sub.....I so wanted some of that but I stood my ground)

Still hoping for that 2lb loss this sunday

Fried egg sandwich on wholemeal bread

Had a Syn count up and I've had 56 out of 105...........With two days to go...........thats an average of 25 syns per day left over.............Thats pretty good, at least if I do have a norty treat with the kids this weekend, I wont have to be so strict and hard on myself afterwards

Off to the Post Office now to pick up my new incentive..............A beautiful dress from coast with a Matching Handbag (RRP £165) got it at a bargain price..........Its a size 14 so really need to work work work............Want to be able to wear the new dress by either my october hols or my partner's bday...........I'll decide which once I have tried it on lol
 
OMG The dress Fits.............I'm not quite ready to be seen in public in it as I need a bit more toning up in places but I am thrilled to bits........ I'll definitely be wearing it for my Partner's birthday but I might (just might) take it on holiday with us too

Also got a Jillian Micheals Body revolution today.............15 workouts, fitness guide, food plan etc.........Can't wait to get started

Still doing the Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism dvd.......... Quite enjoying it now
 
Friday's food

Lunch:
too hot for food so settled for HUGE bottle of strawberry and raspberry still spring water (2 bottles for £1 in icelands)

Dinner:
Diet coke chicken with rice (peppers and onions)

Supper:
Beans on toast (2 for heb 1 synned 2.5)
rich tea biscuits 8

HEA: milk
HEB: Chicken

1lb loss for me this week, so still chasing that 3 stone award

Its getting harder and longer to get to the 1/2 stone and stone marks
 
New week.............completely pigged out yesterday so won't bother to count up the syns, I'll only upset myself lol

Going to try and keep off the curly wurlys and freddos this week and see if it makes a difference to the weightloss
Really Really want that 1lb this week............. Been awhile since I passed a goal milestone

Started the day with a pint of Flavoured water (syn free.....2 x 2 litre bottles in Iceland for £1) followed by a bowl of All Bran Chocolate crunch........was very filling and quite yummy

Looking at a Mugshot for lunch and some fruit...............No idea about dinner yet

I hope so, feels so long since I had a 1/2 or 1 stone mark to celebrate, definitely getting harder now as I get closer to my Target weight
Can't believe it just 11lbs away now.............It was 52lbs when I started......and I've now lost 41lbs

I want that 3 stone award so much I can taste it......Been awhile since I felt this determined

Managed to avoid the norty treats today.....roll on tomorrow

Half a banana (didn't taste right so threw the rest in the bin)

Jacket pot with cheese and Beans

Still doing the Jillian Michaels dvd (Banish Fat and Boost Metabolism), I'm desperately hoping that this will help to shift not only inches but the lbs that have become so stubborn to leave me.

The plan is to continue with this DVD until the end of the month and then I am starting the Body Revolution (Jillian's 90 day plan).........fingers crossed that will get me to target in time for christmas
