My old WI day was my class on a Weds so yeah thanks, it seems like a good idea to break the chain as such! Thanks Catz xxi find if i picked a day that i NEVER used as a wi day it helped!! i was always a thurs or tues wi day so i like that im getting weighed on a wed now cause it kinda feels like its breaking the cycle of badness that i had!! hope that makes sense!![]()

I'm one of the Monday club, we are very friendlyI find busy days easier as well so I'm now making sure I'm kept busy as much as possible. The evenings are hard but last night I got on the exercise bike whilst watching TV
