I just need to decide on a WI day now lol!

Eeek, it's been so busy at the office recently. At least it's stopped me eating as much! Had no time to sneak on here though! Can you tell my bosses are out for the morning yet:D

Diets not too bad, although i did succumb to a bacon sandwich yesterday!

Must start with my exercise again, i'm getting too lazy! Thanks girlies for the support! xx
 
i find if i picked a day that i NEVER used as a wi day it helped!! i was always a thurs or tues wi day so i like that im getting weighed on a wed now cause it kinda feels like its breaking the cycle of badness that i had!! hope that makes sense! :)
 
Come and join the Monday club :) there's loads of us!! hehe! Glad to hear work's keeping your mind off food. I find busy days much easier dietwise as I just kinda forget to eat!! xx

I'm one of the Monday club, we are very friendly :D I find busy days easier as well so I'm now making sure I'm kept busy as much as possible. The evenings are hard but last night I got on the exercise bike whilst watching TV :)

My old WI day was my class on a Weds so yeah thanks, it seems like a good idea to break the chain as such! Thanks Catz xx

The only problems with Mondays are the weekends ;) It doesnt give me long to pull back if i go over at the weekends! I know what you're going to say now :D Monday WI means i have to be good all weekend! Sounds good! xxx
 
lol. I used to have a Friday WI because of the Weekends but it did not work. I saw it as a ticket to blow it! So now I do Monday and now my weekends are good and I behave myself :) C'mon.....join us Mondayers! :D
