Morning Em, how did the wedding go?

Morning all! Wedding was great thanks, better not post my menu for Saturday though! Yesterday was family roast and I was good but had vegetables, so couple of days strict pp now and lots of water to hopefully get me back on track. Am staying off the scales for a couple of days too!

Will change thread title back later on, not sure I can do it on my phone!
 
Em - when you get a chance, you'll have to let me know how to post from a phone... I signed in, could read all (but it was slow to load), and I hit "quick reply" and the box I'm now typing in was grey and not white. Then internet would cut out :-(
 
i don't know if it's different on your phone Jo, but on mine when I'm in a thread I just press the menu button and then choose 'reply' then I get a box I can enter text into, then I've a send button at the bottom. Sometimes it freezes up when the network connection isn't so good but I've not had many problems with it to be honest.

Today:
B: half cinnamon galette
L: 4 chicken mini quiches made with 2 eggs
S: rest galette
D: approx 250g x lean mince made into meatballs with mint and rosemary with a quark and mint dip
 
My phone sucks. Just tried from here, in case it's my country connection causing the problem, and no better. Phone locked up immediately :-(
 
Jo are you using the minimins app or phone internet? Perhaps try the other way, or if it's an app check for an update?

Had another day in our Birmingham head office today, so it was a long one and am all stiff from being stuck on the train. I don't believe there's any point in them having the 'quiet' carriage any more since noone adheres to the silent policy!!! Been a sort of grazing day though really so up till now i've had:

3/4 galette, 100g ish roast chicken, 1 pack (57g) beef jerky, 100g ish leftover meatballs

doesn't look like loads but i'm feeling very bloated and stomach achey this evening, so will probably just have some sweetened greek yogurt and rest of galette for dinner and save the rest of the meatballs for tomorrow's lunch.

Just phone internet... which is new to me in itself!! As for a "minimins app", I don't know what that is... what it means... or how to get it...

Noisy people on trains irritate me intensely... do they really think we want to hear their music/mobile phone conversations/whatever? All credit to Mouse for facing the rush hour crowds with her smelly fishy breakfasts! That's the way to get them back... <rather than the automatic machine gun which I often dream of - in fact, fear of my one day purchasing one was part of the reason I started walking to work!!>
 
Not just fish - eggs too!! I go in the quiet carriage too and I do sometimes ask people to keep the noise down and turn the music down :)
 
How brave of you! I'd probably get beaten up if I tried it!

Jo, you should be able to access the ovi store from your menu. Search in there for minimins and you should find an app you can install.
 
I'm so annoyed... since I can get the "reply" box up on Minimims (although not post), I thought I'd try with the French forum I use and... tried logging in from my phone, got it wrong, can't remember which email account I used to set that pseudo up, so am now locked out of the French forum I use!

You look fabulous Emma... and I love your outfit! Really I do! You want to lose another 11lbs... are you sure?
 
Thanks Jo, I felt very glamorous. I would like to try and get another 11 off, there is a little shapewear in force in that pic and the weight is definitely there to lose. I do intend to play it by ear though, if I'm really sticking a few pounds off perhaps I'll reconsider
