Thanks mouse, I'm so looking forward to it. Sod the cossie, I was happy enough in a bikini a couple of years ago 2 or 3 stone heavier, and I'm on the case with daily midsection toning now, so hopefully 9 weeks will be enough time to improve it a bit!
I think you should defo go for it with the pool, I agree with Jo, it's only a few steps to get in the water then you'll be fine. You're getting well skinny now - why should you miss out on the fun? I think it seems worse in your head now than it will be at the time
Thought I'd do my menu early as we're out tonight and I've already decided what I'm having. Normally I wouldn't be going out, but as I booked the office xmas meal I've a gift voucher for the same restaurant for £60 which expires tomorrow, so I'd hate it to go to waste. Anyway I'll be sticking to water/diet coke and driving us home after.
B: half cinnamon galette
L: 100g meatballs, 2 slices roast beef with french mustard
S: rest galette
D: moules mariniere, followed by fillet steak (no sauce) with a king prawn skewer and steamed broccoli.
